Chilometro Toscano In Pisa

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Tuscan gem in the heart of Pisa! We went to Chilometro Toscano on the recommendation of the B&B where we were staying and... what a discovery! The place is small, well-kept, and authentic, with a beautiful display of traditional products. We ordered a platter of cured meats and cheeses (all freshly cut!), some truly spectacular pici with venison ragù, and a Fassona tartare that melted in our mouths. Super welcoming service, friendly, knowledgeable staff, and eager to explain each dish with passion. Fair prices considering the quality.

If you want to eat divinely and above all be thrilled, you are in the right place.... Food with typical Tuscan dishes cooked divinely, the waiter Emanuele is the best of the best, very polite and with great experience, the owners are splendid and take great care in choosing the raw materials, something very important in catering.... In short, what can I say, you are the number one in Pisa.... Well done, always keep it up... A hug from the 2 restaurateurs Rudy and Romina....

I had the absolute pleasure of dining here tonight. The server Manuel was super helpful giving me excellent recommendations. One of the best meals if not the best meal I had in Italy!

Friendliness and Tuscan flavours.

We were greeted with a smile even though we hadn't booked. The waiter was very kind and gave good advice. EXCELLENT food. PERFECT wine pairing. Really good, I recommend it. We'll be back next time.

A brilliant place close to the Arno River boulevards and near Piazza dei Miracoli. In the evenings, they only open at 7:30 p.m. but it's worth waiting, and it's best to book a table in advance. The food is delicious. We've been here three times, each time I ate something different and each time the food was excellent. Manuelo, who served us, is very helpful in choosing dishes, speaks English well and explains what the dish consists of nicely. If you're going there with two people, I recommend "500 meters" for starters - a board of cold cuts and cheeses straight from local suppliers. And then "hulaj dusza piekła nie ma" several dishes to choose from, but all worth recommending. They also have excellent wines and often ones that are hard to find in stores. Personally, after trying a few of them, I recommend the red IXE. In my opinion, first class. Additionally, the owners are very nice, with whom I had the opportunity to talk a little and the smiles on everyone's faces resulting not only from politeness. You can see that these people love what they do. Many thanks for everything and I hope to see you soon.

This delicious regional food is, perhaps, overshadowed by the enthusiastic hospitality offered by the sole server, Manuel, who effortlessly managed over a dozen tables- in several languages. He helped us select another fine meal- this was our second visit in 2 years- and was a pleasure to watch.
