A restaurant that introduced us to some wonderful local specialties: we thoroughly enjoyed our meal as a family. What's more, the server spoke a little French and translated the entire menu for us. A wonderful memory, and an excellent address in Pisa.

It happened one evening by pure chance. Each course was perfect, excellent quality raw materials and very interesting combinations. What gave the extra touch was the service... very attentive and friendly, without ever lacking in professionalism. The place is very nice, with few seats and a beautiful shop window with typical products. Compliments!

An absolute insider tip – outstanding in every respect! The Chilometro Toscano was a real stroke of luck for us! We felt welcome as soon as we entered - especially thanks to the great young man in service who does his job with real passion. One of the best services we have ever experienced: attentive, warm, competent - you just feel like you are in good hands. The food? Delicious! The Pici al Ragu were a poem – homemade and to the point. The Chianina beef tartare was also a real highlight: tender, tasteful and lovingly prepared. I would particularly like to highlight the excellent recommendations from the service staff - from the wine to the choice of food, everything was right. And all of this at surprisingly fair prices – to be honest, almost too cheap for this quality. An absolute top tip in Pisa. If you don't stop here, you're missing out!

I recommend this little restaurant/delicatessen in the center of Pisa. Great food and fair prices. The guys are kind and thoughtful. I ate Pici (larger spaghetti) with wild boar and a ricotta mousse for dessert (I didn't particularly like it, but it was quality). I haven't tried the cold cuts and cheese platter that I think it deserves. I'll be back.

Bravissimi. Accoglienza sorridente e con grande passione nella spiegazione delle portate (essenziale). Pietanze tipiche toscane, dal mare ai monti e dalla Lunigiana alla Maremma, ma interpretate in chiave raffinata e moderna. La qualità dei salumi, dei formaggi e delle carni è semplicemente favolosa, ci siamo limitati a antipasto e secondo, la prossima volta proveremo i primi. Prezzi adeguati alla proposta.
