Small space, but for meat lovers, it's heaven. You walk in and, with all those hams and cheeses on display, it's instantly love at first sight. The staff is welcoming and knows how to put you at ease. The cuisine amazed me with the quality and deliciousness of the dishes. Simple, yet very refined. The wine selection is excellent. Not cheap, but the quality is very high. Very satisfied.

A lovely Italian restaurant with authentic Tuscan food-everything was delicious and comforting, with generous portions and excellent pasta. Friendly, attentive service and a warm atmosphere. I’d happily come back!

On my way to the Piazza del Duomo, I was looking for somewhere to have dinner on the way back.
After reading, I opted for this place.
It's a very small, well-kept, bright place full of Tuscan products.
After reading, I thought it was a place for platters and cheeses, but I was wrong and chose to try the peposo. A dish very similar to my goulash.
The meat was very tender and the fat was well rendered. The flavor of the beef (Chianina) was strong and with hints of game (you may or may not like it). The pepper was very present. Excellent dish! The only flaw: the potato cake was cold.
Would I go back? Yes
Would I recommend it? Yes

Judging by the reviews, all the French people had the same experience!
So, I'll say it again: while passing through Pisa for the day, we discovered this restaurant by chance and were able to go in without a reservation. The waiter, who spoke French, was extremely friendly and translated the entire menu for us. We were served quickly. The platter was delicious, the ingredients were of very high quality, original (or probably typical of Tuscany), and displayed attractively, which enhanced the decor and added to the experience.
The pasta was also very good.
It was a fantastic experience; we highly recommend it, and if we ever pass through again, we will definitely return.

Friendly, fast, and delicious!
I think it's one of the best places I've ever eaten.
From the welcome to the service, to the ambiance, everything is excellent. The dishes are truly a journey of flavors!
Highly recommended!
Make sure to book because it's small, so you might not find a table, which would be a shame!
The price is fair for the quality.

A small place in the center of Pisa, but very good. The platter was large and the selection of cured meats was very good, especially the magnificent 36-month-aged prosciutto. The staff was friendly and helpful. Maybe a little pricey, but it's still in the center of Pisa.

An incredible taste experience. Everything was delicious, and the staff was very kind.
The cured meats and cheeses were fantastic, and the venison stew and rice cake were also very good.
I would definitely go back.
Make sure to book because it's not easy to find a table.

Everything was excellent, from the well-maintained setting to the food. We chose a platter of cured meats and cheeses and two first courses: picci with venison ragù and tagliolini with blueberry sauce and white meat ragù and lard. Everything was delicious, especially the tagliolini.
