When you enter you will be welcomed by the owner's sweet and friendly mother, who will always pamper you as if she has always known you, and then be accompanied to the table by his wife, always alert, quick and ready to fulfill your every request. Once you are seated, he will explain the menu to you verbally, just hearing it makes your mouth water, but you will never expect to really eat so well. Mixed house starter, which can be taken as a whole or in individual courses. Varied and abundant, high quality products and all local, chosen and artfully cooked by Federico, owner and chef, who moves with skill in a small kitchen managing to satisfy many people, who always remain happy and satisfied, so much so which, to be able to enjoy its cuisine on a Sunday for lunch, you will have to book well in advance, but don't be discouraged, it's really worth it. We periodically travel about 2 hours by car to enjoy his dishes. The starters vary based on seasonality or availability, so you will always find fresh and freshly cooked products. Usually the appetizer varies from local cured meats and cheeses, coratella with egg and lemon, tripe with sauce, omelette with porcini mushrooms, pork rinds and beans, bruschetta with real bacon, sometimes also with porcini mushrooms, ascolana olives, which in our opinion are the best I've ever eaten, and the highlight of the courses, grilled porcini mushroom caps, almost impossible not to take 2 portions. During truffle periods it will also delight you with various dishes based on it, and with a very large sleeve when grating it on top. As a first course you will always find an excellent carbonara and gricia, and then always vary according to availability to tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms and truffle, an excellent mutton sauce and more, all excellent and plentiful. Second courses based on local meat, always including mixed grill, seared lamb, sausage and more, all cooked to perfection and meat with a truly tasty flavour. You will be so happy to eat that you will wonder why you didn't discover it sooner. The bill is another pleasant surprise, almost unbelievable, and will be another reason why you will want to return. The 3 hosts are exquisite, friendly and kind people, they will make you feel at home, and you will leave with the melancholy of not having this small restaurant next to your house. Maybe it's my favorite place.

I had lunch at the Chicco Bar and I must say it was a nice surprise. I went there because I worked nearby, but I would go back just to have a leisurely lunch. the meal started with a simple but delicious appetizer: bruschetta with smoked bacon and slices of bread. as a first course, I ate mezze sleeves with sausage and mushrooms, served with parmesan on the side. it was a rich and tasty dish, a nice mix of flavours. then came the second course: a mixed roast, accompanied by salad and sliced ​​tomatoes. the meat was cooked well and tasted fantastic. I appreciated that there was also a fresh side dish. the service was very fast and the staff super friendly. the quality-price ratio is incredible: with just 13 euros I ate a complete, abundant meal, and coffee was even included. I recommend the Chicco Bar both for those who work nearby and for those who want a quiet and tasty lunch. great place!

A bar/restaurant where it is absolutely worth stopping for a hearty lunch. The quality of the food is high, the portions generous and the table service very fast. Wide choice of starters, first and second courses and finally some excellent desserts. Prices absolutely average. I recommend it to anyone in the area!

Tutto buonissimo! Tagliatelle ai funghi ottime come l'agnello e tutti gli antipasti! Ci vorremo tornare, peccato che bisogna prenotare con larghissimo anticipo!

Abbiamo pranzato fuori all'aria aperta con un venticello che ci rinfrescava nonostante il caldo. Abbiamo preso il menù di ferragosto tutto ottimo e buono . Viva Chicco Bar
