The location is very nice, but the highlight is definitely the preparation and presentation of the dishes, thanks in part to the very knowledgeable and professional maître d'. The wine list is excellent.
Everything is truly excellent, but one dish stands out: the veal tongue!! Exceptional!! 🤩

Thanks to social media—Instagram in our case—my wife and I decided to spend an evening at the restaurant "ChiaroScuro di Marina Ravarotto." A surprise for all the senses. Finding poetry in a dish, the story of an ancient land, Sardinia, condensed into flavors, the description of a dish that ignites a thousand emotions. Emotions come from observing unexpected plating, the ceramics that hold the dishes, the menu and wine list stitched with Sardinian fabrics, the warmth of a story passed down and renewed with the art of haute cuisine condensed into a dish. Starting with a raw ingredient and making it noble and contemporary. The skill and professionalism of the dining room staff, capable of making you feel at home but also served as the most important of guests, managed to convey the dedication Chef Cinzia puts into every dish. This, for us, was "ChiaroScuro di Marina Ravarotto" at Corso Vittorio Emanuele II, 380 in Cagliari.

We had the seven-course menu, which presented the flavors of Sardinia in a new, very impressive way. A big compliment to the service, which was very friendly and entertaining. We were also lucky that Marina Ravarotto helped with the service that evening, so some of the dishes were brought directly from her. Definitely a clear recommendation.

Another wonderful discovery thanks to the Michelin guide.
A lovely setting decorated with typical Sardinian objects (such as masks). Perfect service with explanations about the wine, the products, and especially the cheeses. Thank you, Madame, for your smile and your humor. The food is excellent.
