We went there today on the recommendation of a friend. It's a lovely place, small but well-located (even in summer, with tables outside), and tastefully decorated, with many paintings, clocks, an old telephone, and modern antiques (even the bathroom is beautiful). The service is excellent, and the dishes are delicious, varied, and plentiful. The price is fair, in line with the quality of the food. I'm happy to have celebrated my birthday there.

A cozy atmosphere (both outside on the terrace and in the cellar vault), very attentive, friendly service, and every dish was a feast for the palate. Gabriele's restaurant is an absolute must. Especially the ragù and Peposo di Pierangela come highly recommended.

This place was incredible. The gnocchi with pear and walnuts was very good, as was the beef shin with mash. The tiramisu was so good I nearly ordered a second. Highly recommend if you're in any of the neighbouring towns!

A wonderful September evening spent on the terrace, surrounded by a beautiful medieval square. The menu is short, but each course is a delicious experience. I recommend the tagliatelle, mushroom tart, and peposo. Excellent service. Desserts are average.

01/10/2025: I had a lovely dinner at this restaurant with my husband. I had heard great things about it, and I have to say that the dinner—or rather, the experience—exceeded my expectations. It's hard to describe the explosion (literally) of flavors in every course. Flavors and combinations, sometimes unusual, but always perfect! Everything was excellent! The service was also excellent, impeccable in its attention to detail and attentiveness! The atmosphere was elegant yet warm! You'd expect a place like this in Milan or London—a real gem in the heart of San Miniato. Compliments to the chef! It's truly on another level! We'll be back.
