Everything was really good. The staff in the dining room were professional and courteous, the dishes were well cooked and tasty. The restaurant offers a small entree consisting of a shortcrust pastry with cheese and cooked ham. We had fresh tagliatelle with sausage, burrata and pistachio crumble, ravioli with Castelmagno cheese and bistro sauce. For the second course, an excellent suckling pig with apples and fennel, very tender. Roast potatoes on the side.
Very good price for the quality of the products served. Thanks also to the Sicilian boy who let us taste the oil with orange extract!

The Chianni Bistrot is a true jewel immersed in the heart of Tuscany. The atmosphere is welcoming and with attention to the smallest details, with furnishings that mix rustic and contemporary style, creating a warm and pleasant environment. The staff is extremely kind and attentive to every need, always available to recommend local dishes and wines.
The menu is a tribute to the Tuscan tradition, but with a touch of innovation that makes each dish unique. I tried the platter of local cured meats and cheeses, accompanied by homemade jams: a delight for the palate. The first courses are equally exceptional, with fresh handmade pasta and seasonal ingredients. The dessert was the icing on the cake

This restaurant is an amazing hidden gem! Lead by people with passion and talent. Food was always fresh, local and delicious, short menu with daily specials, and service on the highest level. We traveller around Tuscany and nothing comes close. On their way to Michelin star! 😍 thank you!
