A very satisfying aperitif for two: the mozzarella was delicious and the Negroamaro rosé was spectacular. The atmosphere was young and lively, which was a good thing.

We've had pre dinner drinks at several places on Piazza Maria Immacolata and this is by fare the best. Service is friendly and timely and the wines and drinks are the best.

05/09/2025: We visited this trattoria last week, and after having had a wonderful evening, we decided to repeat the last night of our vacation, coming specifically from Ceglie. The service is excellent; the staff are very kind, attentive, and helpful. The dishes are exceptional, tasty, plentiful, and beautifully presented. There's no waiting, just the right amount of time for a relaxed dinner. We had a wonderful time both evenings, definitely the best we had in two weeks here in Salento. Thanks to all the staff for their excellent work and passion.

La Piccola Locanda

10/10/2025: A little corner of the city deeply rooted in Taranto's culinary tradition, where you can eat beautifully and, if you so choose, observe the world and human nature from a different perspective. The owner, Mrs. Maddalena, her staff, and all her guests will be part of a Zen microcosm where fellowship and authentic communication still seem within human reach. When I left the restaurant, it was as if I had just closed a good book.
03/10/2025: What a lovely place to eat! If you are passing by, stop here and have a real Italian meal! There is no sign outside…!
