Chez Ollier In Courmayeur

Attentive staff. For a refuge in Italy, the French language was perfectly spoken, a real comfort. High-quality picnic. Clean refuge. Very good meal. You can stop there during your TMB.

Beautiful views of the mountains and Courmayeurs. Friendly, multilingual staff. Dinner, breakfast, and picnic were good. A 4-minute shower costs €2, but considering the value for money, it's next to nothing. I totally recommend Le Randonneur Chez Ollier.

Night during our TMB. A very warm welcome, the managers speak French very well. The meals were good. The location and the view are perfect. We slept in a 12-person dormitory, but the beds are quite spaced out. Small drawbacks: 2 showers for more than 15 people, €2 for 4 minutes of water (hot but rather lukewarm in reality), and the bunk beds are very unstable and make a lot of noise without being really comfortable

The private room for 2 offers excellent value for money for the TMB, with a private shower and toilet, exceptional meal choices, as does breakfast, and the view from the room is breathtaking. I highly recommend it to all hikers.

Great refuge! Warm and very pleasant welcome from the manager who speaks very good French. We had a private room with a double bed and a bathroom, everything was very clean and comfortable. We had a great night. Dinner and breakfast were good and plentiful. We highly recommend this refuge!

Ho pranzato in questo splendido locale sulle piste da sci assieme alla mia famiglia per festeggiare il compleanno di mia moglie. Siamo stati benissimo! Ampia terrazza al sole, personale molto cortese, simpatico e disponibile, ambiente tranquillo. Tempi di attesa minimi. Pizze davvero buone e con ingredienti di qualità. Birra super e gustoso tiramisù. Certamente torneremo a mangiare da voi alla prossima sciata!

Lovely smell of wood stove is very inviting. Stopped for a coffee at 11 and booked for lunch. Sunny day so sat outside with the amazing view. Small enough menu. Nice pizza and pasta. Not the best we’ve had. Turkey escalope was nice too, had 2 different versions. One Milanese and the other plain with local cheese sauce. Turkey was nicely cooked and not dry. Some nice local white wine, a few coffees and lovely desserts of tiramisu, strudel and chocolate cake. All very good. At €150 for 4 it wasn’t bad at all
