An elegant and refined location in the heart of Bordighera, offering unique, carefully crafted, delicious, and light dishes prepared and served by a friendly, welcoming, and very professional staff. A perfect spot for a romantic dinner. We had a wonderful time. We highly recommend it.

The best bouillabaisse I've ever eaten: 6 different fish, lobster, shrimp, shellfish, exceptional rouille sauce. No need to go to Marseille. BORDIGHERA C is nearby. 👍 Reservations required. Amazing!

30/08/2025: The food was delicious, with generous portions (we shared the tagliatelle and gnocchi between us). The only downside is the outdoor tables: if you eat outside, it's very windy in the evening, and the food gets cold very quickly.
27/08/2025: A treat, but be careful with the quantity because one dish is enough for 2.
