Excellent food, shame about the service😭 that while they bring you the appetizer😋 the pasta arrives😭 "Campofilone terrible choice by the chef (N.B. spaghetti al superdente that doesn't overcook) as the dish of the day." You take a forkful of pasta and the appetizer continues to arrive (I'm shocked) while you take the coffee you receive 2 "newborn" corn cobs with a 500g scampi. People drinking coffee and some still having the appetizer😭😭😭 N.B. guys regulate the water in the sinks in the bathroom one boiling and one cold 😭😭😭

Excellent experience, a tasting menu with several options and a pleasant and unusual variety of pairings. We tried the 15-course "Gran Crudité." We enjoyed everything, some more than others, and four of us finished everything. In the end, we men were still a little hungry, so we treated ourselves to two first courses, which we shared. Shelled Linguine and Shrimp and Amberjack Ravioli were good but not exceptional.
Next time, we'll try the 20-course mixed raw and hot menu; it probably would have satisfied us more.
The fifth star was missed due to some service issues:
Regarding the Cuisine:
Shrimp and shrimp should be served deveined;
Our raw fish platter was missing sea urchins, clams, or clams, which were featured in other photos posted by other reviewers🤔 (it probably wasn't available, and that's understandable, but you could have let us know and offered an alternative, perhaps an extra oyster 🤷♂️).
In the dining room:
The waiter "Director" wasn't very thorough in answering questions about the menu; he could have immediately offered us the 20-course mixed raw and hot seafood platter.

I happened to pass by and stopped to eat at this restaurant, where the appetizers are renowned. From 6 to 20 courses. Tasty. The chef's preparation of the first courses needs to be reconsidered. There was something completely different about the dish I ordered. Some of the waiters were rather rude. There are many things that need to be improved. They've just learned how to manage the very high bills well. They're very attentive and cutting-edge there.

We had the appetizer of 15 raw fish, the courses arrived all at once, the table was submerged and we couldn't remember what was on the plate even though while they were bringing them they explained to us how they were composed, but there were too many and all at once, I must say that the quality was good... then we abandoned it, 45 minutes for a dessert. The bill was normal.

Good music, tasty food, and a tip for tasting the raw fish: don't serve all fifteen courses in a rush. It's a shame it could have been a lovely evening if they hadn't forgotten us with the dessert course.

Una riconferma di che ottimo ristorante sia. Il pesce ottimo e fresco, originali i piatti, il servizio veloce e professionale. Personale gentile e disponibile. Il prezzo è un pò più alto della media, ma vale proprio la pena. Consigliatissimo e ci ritorneremo ancora.
