Much improvement from last year. Everything worked smooth. Waiting time was short. Selections of eating places much improved. A five star experience 👍

Good organization. The lost baggage recovery service needs improvement. The staff is kind and professional, but insufficient. Yesterday, with only two operators to handle all that influx of requests, it was insufficient. I repeat, the operators were very good, but during peak demand periods, the number of operators should be increased (even temporarily).

Milan's major airport, well-organized and connected by public transportation to other airports as well as by roads and highways. A shopping arcade of various kinds. Clean and tidy restrooms, numerous paid parking lots, and long-stay areas with shuttle service nearby. No major complaints to report.

Malpensa when I had a flight at the 6th of January was quite dirty. The wifi was not so good and it had almost zero space to charge a device. Not to mention that the shops there were very expensive

21/09/2025: Delicious ice cream and tasty paninis. Good service, nice, friendly staff.
07/09/2025: Strategic location with a view of Lake Lugano.... We ate good ice cream and the girl who serves it was nice and smiling, a small cone €3 and you're there... Because even in the towns near Varese with a view of the wall you pay more for ice cream, so excellent price considering you are in front of Switzerland... See you soon 🤗
