Amazing food!! Must try all the dumplings, they are so delicious! The staff is very nice and friendly. Unfortunately I only took two pictures 😅 but I guarantee we had loads of food and it was incredible

After leaving Milan for four years, I ate him for the first meal when I returned. He is still the top Chinese food in Milan. He is good at Northeastern cuisine. I once led a team to eat for 6 days, 12 dishes a day, not a single duplicate, not a single bad review nb

Chef J is not a Chinese restaurant, mind you, it's much more. You will find on the menu all the typical Manchurian dishes of which the chef is clearly very proud given that at the end of the service he stops by to ask if everything went well.
Don't worry, there will also be spring rolls and soy noodles, but do yourself a favor and go further, really immerse yourself in their specialties and you won't regret it.
The desserts are also very good, all strictly homemade.

Chef J is a Chinese restaurant typical of Manchurian cuisine, Northern China. The care and details of each dish are astonishing, here you can eat very well and in an authentic way. Prices a little higher than average but justified by the high quality.

L'ambiente è abbastanza sobrio/anonimo, forse da scaldare un po'. Rispetto ad altri ristoranti cinesi il menù è più contenuto è questo è apprezzabile dato che si concentra su un particolare tipo di cucina regionale, quella della Manciuria.
I piatti che abbiamo provato erano tutti mediamente buoni, le tagliatelle di soia sono state la cosa che ho preferito di più. Conto onesto, in 4 abbiamo condiviso diversi piatti uscendo sazi con 20€/testa.

Location sobria e pulita che propone cucina cinese e specialità manciuriane. Le portate hanno tutte personalità ed eleganza, combinazione ormai rara da incontrare. Ottima la fattura dei ravioli in salsa piccante, succosa all'interno e croccante all'esterno l'anatra all'arancia, buonissime le melanzane alla Yuxiang. In chiusura un inaspettato e gradevolissimo tiramisù ai fichi. Conto sui 30 euro a testa con piatti in condivisione (porzioni più che dignitose) e birra o tè caldo.
