Excellent Chinese restaurant with very tasty and refined dishes. It stands out from the usual Chinese restaurants for the quality of the dishes. Absolutely try Manchurian ravioli.

Located on a busy street out of Chinatown but still with many Chinese business around. Food was great, ordered chicken and corn soup (5,00) a bit salty but delicious, rice noodles (7,50) with hot wok essence and the Manchu jiaozis (dumplings, 10,00) excellent. The place is OK simple, just a restaurant like any other, waiting service was just OK. There are photos of the restaurant’s chef (proprietor) with celebrity cooks. What I appreciated more were the rice noodles with hot wok essence (or wok breath) not easy to be done at home.

Cucina cinese tipica della Manciuria, quindi il menù è composto di piatti diversi dal cinese tradizionale “italianizzato”. Vale davvero la pena di provare finalmente piatti diversi e ben cucinati.

Amazing food!! Must try all the dumplings, they are so delicious! The staff is very nice and friendly. Unfortunately I only took two pictures 😅 but I guarantee we had loads of food and it was incredible

After leaving Milan for four years, I ate him for the first meal when I came back. He is still the top Chinese food in Milan. He is good at Northeastern cuisine. I once led a team to eat for 6 days, 12 dishes a day, not a single duplicate, not a single bad review nb

Chef J is not a Chinese restaurant, mind you, it's much more. You will find on the menu all the typical Manchurian dishes of which the chef is clearly very proud given that at the end of the service he stops by to ask if everything went well.
Don't worry, there will also be spring rolls and soy noodles, but do yourself a favor and go further, really immerse yourself in their specialties and you won't regret it.
The desserts are also very good, all strictly homemade.
