The food here was very creative and tasty. I had the "lasagna" which was layers of steak and vegetables with melted cheese on top and it was excellent. My wife had the gluten free pasta and that was also very good. One of the best meals we've had in our two weeks here in Sicily. Anil the waiter was very friendly and attentive.
Unfortunately there was hardly anyone there when we were there and the interior was a bit basic.

An excellent experience. A modest menu reflects Chef Dedé's philosophy and research. The dishes are truly excellent, the wine list is well-curated, and the service is impeccable. We'll definitely be back to visit the Chef and try new dishes!

Very kind staff, excellent food, everything perfect! We took advantage of a dinner with a smartbox that they had given us, and it was an excellent choice! We also ordered some extra courses because we were tempted by the menu and we were really happy we did! Very fresh fish, really excellent. If we were to pass through Catania again we will definitely go back!

Nice restaurant with several small rooms. Very attentive service. The food was a bit of a disappointment. The ravioli alla norma were quite bland, and especially the tuna steak, ordered red, was way overcooked. Too bad.

At the Chef Dede restaurant I tasted a delicious Aeolian John Dory Fish: tender and tasty fillet, served with a fragrant stew of cherry tomatoes, capers and basil.
A simple but tasty dish, which recalls the authentic flavours of the Aeolian Islands. Careful presentation, attentive service and a welcoming atmosphere.
A true Mediterranean experience to try!
