Very kind staff, excellent food, everything perfect! We took advantage of a dinner with a smartbox that they had given us, and it was an excellent choice! We also ordered some extra courses because we were tempted by the menu and we were really happy we did! Very fresh fish, really excellent. If we were to pass through Catania again we will definitely go back!

Nice restaurant with several small rooms. Very attentive service. The food was a bit of a disappointment. The ravioli alla norma were quite bland, and especially the tuna steak, ordered red, was way overcooked. Too bad.

At the Chef Dede restaurant I tasted a delicious Aeolian John Dory Fish: tender and tasty fillet, served with a fragrant stew of cherry tomatoes, capers and basil. A simple but tasty dish, which recalls the authentic flavours of the Aeolian Islands. Careful presentation, attentive service and a welcoming atmosphere. A true Mediterranean experience to try!

When well-packaged and well-presented food is combined with the kindness of the staff, it is clear that the environment becomes very pleasant I was in this place on the occasion of the graduation celebration and I don't know if I will have the opportunity to return, but putting aside the presumption, I can say that the place deserves to be visited

Bellissima scoperta. Ambiente tranquillo, rilassante e molto curato. Personale gentilissimo. Menù curato e ricercato, materie prime selezionate. Prezzo corretto è adeguato alla qualità delle pietanze. Mangiato benissimo…. Appena torno a Catania mi ripresento 😎. Andate! Andate!

Era la prima volta... e adesso abbiamo un nuovo ristorante preferito a Catania. Prodotti di qualità e servizio eccellente. L'unica cosa che posso dire è: Itici!!!

13/07/2025: Questo posto ci è stato consigliato dal mio, unico, pescivendolo di fiducia. È una trattoria quindi non ci si aspetta forse una qualità cosi alta del pesce invece è stata una piacevolissima sorpresa, al pari o anche superiore di altri ristoranti di pesce blasonati. Siamo amanti del pesce fresco e lo cucino diverse volte a settimana, motivo per cui, trovare un buon ristorante di pesce non sempre è facile per noi. L’esperienza con questo ristorante è stata eccellente, pesce buonissimo, cucinato a regola d’arte, giuste quantità e prezzi onesti. Gamberi, scampi e spada crudi buonissimi, frittura asciuttissima con vero pesce e veri calamari freschi, ostriche strapiene, involtini di spada e di alici davvero squisiti, sembravano caramelline, insalata di polpo SUPERLATIVA, polpo morbido e ben condito. Il proprietario, il signor Giancarlo, disponibile, mai invadente, pronto a darti i giusti consigli, rapido in servizio. Ci torneremo presto. Che altro dire, straconsigliato.

25/07/2025: Fast service and good availability for a couple of takeaway pizzas, a truffle pizza for the grown-ups and a margherita for the little ones. I think I remember it costing a little less than 20 euros. The restaurant and the atmosphere looked great, but it was our last night and we were in a hurry. Bottles of wine ranged from 18 to 35 euros.
20/06/2025: A nice surprise off the beaten track. Specialists in pinsa, a refined and simple environment inside a former factory where the exposed lava stone enhances everything. The choice fell on the classic horse meatballs which in Catania are a must on a bed of excellent caramelized onion and sautéed chicory, excellent bread. Excellent service, the only flaw is the background music which should be improved..for the rest the quality/price ratio is in line. Recommended
