The food here was very creative and tasty. I had the "lasagna" which was layers of steak and vegetables with melted cheese on top and it was excellent. My wife had the gluten free pasta and that was also very good. One of the best meals we've had in our two weeks here in Sicily. Anil the waiter was very friendly and attentive. Unfortunately there was hardly anyone there when we were there and the interior was a bit basic.

An excellent experience. A modest menu reflects Chef Dedé's philosophy and research. The dishes are truly excellent, the wine list is well-curated, and the service is impeccable. We'll definitely be back to visit the Chef and try new dishes!

08/03/2026: An excellent lunch featuring fresh, well-prepared fish, excellent wine, and delicious desserts prepared by the chef. Excellent service made even more unique by the friendliness of the owner. We'll definitely be back next time we're in Caltagirone!
