Che Pasta! In Roma

Fantastic pasta! Everything on the menu looks so yummy 🤤Each dish is freshly cooked right in front of you. Today I had Carbonara and it was absolutely delicious; the spaghetti was al dente and the guanciale was crispy and salty which went very well with the creamy sauce. I only have 3 days in Rome this trip and tomorrow I will go back to try Amatriciana. The atmosphere is fast-paced as it’s busy and there are many takeaway orders. It’s a place to eat and leave, not a place to hang out. The service could be better.

This is an unassuming small spot that truly makes fresh pasta to order and some of the best pasta carbonara and cacio e pepe and others pasta dishes. They used fresh and authentic ingredients. You can sit there and eat it or take it to go. It’s a must try!

Artisanal pasta made right in front of you. Amazing. And the ability to pick up your plate and eat in front of the Pantheon is a huge plus.

Seul restaurant ou l'on n'est pas ressortis déçus. Conseil pour les autres restaurateurs du lac : rester simple. Ici tu choisis ton type de pâte entre tagliatelle, gnocchi et spaghetti et une sauce. Efficace. La carbonara était bonne avec la "vraie" recette et les pâtes faites maison. Par ailleurs, mention assez bien pour les focaccia qui font un super apero /entrée. Et le meilleur pour la fin : tiramisu excellent
