They make good sandwiches, the location is also nice, all with dark colors, the service is good, they offer how the meat should be cooked, very clean bathrooms, only the environment is a bit dark and not a lot of choice of sandwiches, the menu could be a bit more varied.

Let me start by saying, I'm from Frattamaggiore and I haven't eaten at Che Macello in years (because it's always so crowded, now I understand why).
I finally went back on a weekday, and it's truly worth it.
The appetizers were very good, the atmosphere was meticulously maintained, and the service was top-notch, but the meat in the sandwich was spectacular; I haven't had a burger like that in a long time. Prices are a bit high, but you pay for quality. If you want a great sandwich in Frattamaggiore, come to Che Macello.

good quality sandwich, well toasted but cold bacon.
the internal service leaves a bit to be desired.... they were careful to ask you, after the sandwich, if you wanted to order something else. Less than a minute and the bill arrived. Unwelcome attitude, considering that by about 11:00 pm there were no more people waiting outside the restaurant.
Anyway, we will return for the food.

Excellent meat. I tried a Chianina hamburger sandwich and the pulled pork meatballs were delicious.
The prices are quite high compared to other restaurants, but the quality is evident.
