05/08/2026: A well-deserved star, an excellent experience that I recommend for enjoying high-quality dishes and a high-quality atmosphere. That said (it's worth it), given the price and the quality, I think it's fair to nitpick. Personally, I think there were some imperfections, both with one dish on the menu (which I, and others, found too salty) and with the request for a little more bread than was served. We were told it should be checked if possible, and then, "OK," but only if we paid for it separately. In the first case, it was reported, willingly, but nothing was done to remedy the situation. Now, it's true that I ate the entire portion (gourmet, so not huge, but that's how it should be) (I'll point that out right away next time), but perhaps a sample of something else or a small discount could have been offered. The second, expensive one (the piece of bread) seemed a bit pretentious.

29/07/2026: Amazing Chef, beautiful menu, amazing staff, and an experience to not be missed. We loved the vegetarian tasting menu, but there were options for every type of palate and omnivores as well. We feel so grateful that Chef Cristina opened the glass hostaria so close to our condo. The atmosphere was stunning in the Service team was immaculate.
