I have been wanting to try this pastry shop for several years
As a colleague in the sector I can say that truly a pastry shop with attention to the smallest details, obsessive perfection in the creation of single portions, the mere sight of them makes you want to eat them
I took a Clementina single portion
Where with every spoonful you can taste the freshness and quality of each chosen raw material

Smiling and helpful staff!
I chose one of the special Christmas logs as a birthday cake and, to please, a second flavor mono all for myself!

In my opinion, the best pastry shop in Rome, delicious and beautiful desserts, tastefully furnished place and fantastic service! I recommend the Emily Bronte (but all the desserts tried are exceptional)

We tried two takeaway single portions today... the pear and the mont blanc
Both good, made with care.

Prima di andare in università con le mie amiche ci siamo fermate per fare colazione, poiché dovevamo comprare anche una torta di compleanno.
Tutto ottimo, bello, curato, il prezzo va dai 5/6€ a pastarella, più o meno, ma NE VALE LA PENA, la qualità va pagata e soprattutto il lavoro che c’è dietro

Adoro questa pasticceria! Ci sono andato più di una volta nel corso degli anni e non ha mai tradito le aspettative: tanta qualità, dolci quasi tutti serviti in monoporzioni golosissime e dai vari gusti. Ci sono alcuni classici come lo Snickers (niente a che vedere con la barretta della grande distribuzione...), la loro Tarte au Citron che invece che col limone è con lo yuzu. Non si serve caffè espresso ma in compenso è disponibile quello americano, come tè e tisane. Prezzi superiori alla media che però riflettono una grande qualità, e quella la apprezzo sempre.
