Every time I'm in Rome, Charlotte is a fixed stop for me! Amazing desserts!

French pastry shop in the Re di Roma area. Very welcoming and nice atmosphere, even if small. It has a wide variety of desserts in my opinion, we opted for a montblanc and a chocolate dessert, both very good! You must like mousse desserts because most are like that. They also sell other products, such as French salt, madelaines, vanilla beer etc. Medium-high prices (for a single portion we are around €6)

I rarely do reviews like this. Pastry shop cared for with love, inviting and extremely clean. It is precisely the desserts displayed in a workmanlike manner and the smiles of the Charlotte boys that welcome you once you enter. The quality is clearly perceived even just by looking at the targeted selection of desserts they offer. Forget the pastry shop that makes 50 different copies and then all 50 suck. Here the choice is more than satisfactory, respecting the availability of seasonal products, another great note of merit. There is something for all tastes. A play of sublime textures and contrasts, accompanied by a high quality of raw materials means that each dessert has its own well-defined personality. Perfect portions and extremely honest prices, think that you pay €8/9 for that rubbish MacDonald's, here with €5/6 you take a little journey into the passion of these people. As the boy at the counter told me, tastes often change and this is another great note of merit. Located in a street adjacent to Piazza Re Di Roma, you can enjoy their delicacies in peace and free from annoying noise. I didn't give 5 stars for the service just because they don't have many tables, but nothing fundamental. I can't wait to come back for a treat and try all the rest of the selection. The only sore point is precisely this, the disappointment every time of not having tried everything. GOOD

Adoro questa pasticceria! Ci sono andato più di una volta nel corso degli anni e non ha mai tradito le aspettative: tanta qualità, dolci quasi tutti serviti in monoporzioni golosissime e dai vari gusti. Ci sono alcuni classici come lo Snickers (niente a che vedere con la barretta della grande distribuzione...), la loro Tarte au Citron che invece che col limone è con lo yuzu. Non si serve caffè espresso ma in compenso è disponibile quello americano, come tè e tisane. Prezzi superiori alla media che però riflettono una grande qualità, e quella la apprezzo sempre.

Una esperienza ricca di sapori veri. Apprezzo tantissimo che là chef tenga moltissimo a far vedere attraverso una vetrata la lavorazione . Si riesce così a constatare ciò che si percepisce anche da fuori ; cura e pulizia perfette. New York Cheese cake tra le più buone che io abbia mai mangiato (e la mia stazza purtroppo non lascia alla immaginazione il fatto che io ne abbia mangiate parecchie ). Il caffè americano fatto al momento a me è piaciuto molto .
