Sono semplicemente perfetti: leggeri, gustosi, fragranti, realizzati con materie prime selezionate e dal gusto autentico. La qualità è davvero molto alta.

Everything is made with so much love, care, passion and devotion. You feel it in every bite of whatever option you go for. Salted or sweet, there are many options you can choose from, vegan too, so you will not be dissapointed! Their products are absolutely magical. It is also food soul, so take your better half, your parents, friends... sit down and have an absolutely wonderful breakfast experience. ❤️ Or if you decide to take away, they are always very kind and pack everything up for you! You must try their hot chocolate - they make it in the house and it pairs excellently with their buttered creations. Now it is season of Panettone too, so don't miss it! YOU WILL REGRET IT FOR SURE! That soft, pillowy goodness that sends you back in time, when you were a kid, on a Sunday morning, watching cartoons, drinking hot cocoa and eating panettone... Yes! It teleports you! Slaps you in the face and makes you sit down and rethink your life... yes, it' is that good! Even better! Make yourself a favour and visit this place! Its like going to the doctors who does not say you can't eat sweets & it's like going to the best psychiatrist!

There are many delicacies that you can taste. There is a lot of butter, typical of French cuisine, but it is delicious!!!!! The service is very fast and there is not much contact with the customer (sometimes a chat can be nice!). The space is extremely small but there is a coming and going of people which makes you understand all the same: it would be very crowded!!!

Very good breakfast, fresh and tasty pastries, even special ones, there isn't much choice, but that's okay, those that are there are excellent and above all, something a bit rare these days, fresh every day. Very small but nice atmosphere, good service. Well done Charlotte, we certainly highly recommend it. Well done

A place not to be missed for pastry lovers. I had the pleasure of tasting some of the best brioches and croissants I have ever tried, and I can say that the quality is on par with, if not better than, that of the famous Farmacia del Cambio in Turin. Pan suisse is simply delicious! Furthermore, I am particularly pleased to see a completely female-driven venue. Super recommended!

A guarantee! The best puff pastries (and not only) in Trieste, with truly delicious fillings. The Pain Suisse and the Babka are absolutely worth trying (like many other products) Really high quality
