From the simplest and most traditional options to revisited ones with particular flavours, they are always fabulous. Charlotte really satisfies all tastes and the staff is always available and prepared to advise on the choice. They also managed to make me rediscover and like canelés! Between sweet and savory options, any time is a good time to take a break from Charlotte.

One of the best pastry shops in Trieste. If you are nearby you can't miss trying Charlotte Croissanterie's Pain au Chocolat. Simply perfect. Furthermore, the staff is young and kind. Truly a treat for anyone walking around the city of Trieste.
