There's no place in Trieste where I don't enjoy a brioche, a cardamom roll, or something else, like Charlotte. They make little pastry masterpieces so delicious you'll want to eat one after the other. You absolutely have to go if you've never been before :D

I tried the soft meringue and it was truly delicious: just the right amount of sweetness and very fluffy. Overall, everything we tried was good and of high quality.
The only negative is the chairs: unfortunately, they're uncomfortable because they don't have backrests, and sitting for long periods of time can cause back pain. It would be nice to improve this aspect to make the experience even more enjoyable.

Vacation in Trieste, one of the best discoveries for breakfast. Everything was delicious, both the savory and sweet croissants, not to mention the FANTASTIC Pain au Chocolat, which we also got to take away for the trip home. 🥰

Delicious croissants and innovative, ingenious selections! The carbonara is absolutely a must-try!!! 😍
Special mention to Stefano for his unexpected courtesy (I lost a scarf, I called to see if they'd found it, and he called me back after checking with the staff).

Very nice place, amazing coffee, lots of unique sweets. I didn't give it 5 stars only because of the location, which is central to Trieste but has limited parking.

The best brioche you'll ever eat in Trieste! The dough has a perfect texture and a buttery flavor. The staff is very friendly.
The selection of products is wide, both savory and sweet. Highly recommended for this pastry shop.
