All delicious, we tried butter croissants and salted caramel cruffins. The (savoury) carbonara puff pastry is also excellent. Fair prices for the quality, 2 Euros for croissants, 2.50 to 3 for other sweet pieces.

Se entri qui te ne innamori. Al di la della cortesia del personale, il banco che ti si pone davanti ti suscita solo un "e mo che scelgo". Vorresti provare ogni cosa e qualsiasi pasta ti si pone davanti è appetitosa ed invitante. Bisognerebbe stare a Trieste per andare a fare colazione ogni mattina e scegliere ogni giorno una pasta diversa per provarle tutte , e poi ricominciare il giro. Complimenti

It feels like being in Paris...spectacular savoury food...everything delicious...very kind staff...nice place...few seats but they accommodate quite a few people

posto delizioso e ben gestito! il nuovo locale molto moderno, spazioso e ben curato! personale gentilissimo e molto disponibile. dolci molto molto buoni, nessuno da sottovalutare e con prezzi più che accessibili, le varianti di caffè alla triestina sono ben 11! la grande affluenza di gente a vari orari è indice di un buon locale! complimenti!

The food is really delicious, a quality artisan pastry shop, nice and kind staff. The place is very nice, but too expensive for having eaten standing, the price for sitting is fair but it doesn't take much, given that the place is very small, to check if the customer can sit, perhaps lower the cost to 10 euros by 2 euros since they have to eat while standing

Simply, my favorite place! Here I rediscovered the flavors of French viennoiseries. From the simplest and most traditional options to revisited ones with particular flavours, they are always fabulous. Charlotte really satisfies all tastes and the staff is always available and prepared to advise on the choice. They also managed to make me rediscover and like canelés! Between sweet and savory options, any time is a good time to take a break from Charlotte.
