Overall it's not bad, but I think it's a mere imitation of French pastry. I wanted to try various things before writing this review. The puff pastry crumbles easily and the creams/flavors that should characterize the products are inconsistent. Overall there is a lot of potential, but we are still a bit far. I had already tried their pain au chocolat last year, and I didn't like it very much. It continues to be not very crunchy and above all dry. This year I wanted to give it another chance, but it remained the same. I also tried a cookie sneakers but it didn't have much of a sneakers except a few peanuts. As for the almond croissant, overall good, but the cream has no character. The pangocciolo, more than a pangocciolo it seems like a sweet bread with chocolate chips. As for the savory ones: the focaccia barese is dry, it needs a lot more oil, and the pizzas are dry. It simply seems like bread with little seasoning. Overall it's all good, but I had much higher expectations. The guys do a great job and you can see that they put a lot of effort into it. In fact, this review of mine is not meant to undermine everything they do, but rather to be a constructive criticism. PS. If I may give a suggestion on the cruffins: try a mango and passion fruit sauce. Tried in Strasbourg, in one of the French patisseries I've never tried.

The brioches and cakes were all really excellent… the vegan brioches are superb… the best I’ve ever tasted!!!

Posto stupendo! 😍 Il locale è piccolo e un po' nascosto, dentro ha tre tavolini di numero, ma merita. I loro dolci sono esteticamente meravigliosi e soprattutto buonissimi! Hanno anche brioches vegane e biscotti vegani. Da quando l'ho scoperto è uno dei miei posti preferiti 😍 sempre gentilissimi!

The prices are fair: we paid less than €20 for two cookies, a cappuccino, a hot chocolate and two cakes. The desserts were very good and the environment tidy and clean. I was expecting more variety of desserts, but for a small pastry shop it's more than fine. The matcha cookie would be better without the white chocolate, the matcha flavor is very tasty as I like it. It would be nice if you also put matcha milk on the menu🍵

Great place to have breakfast. We arrived at 10am on a Saturday and it was quite crowded, but the queue at the counter moved quickly and with a little patience you could even find a table. Comfortable environment, pastiere as beautiful and particular as they are good, recommended!

Se entri qui te ne innamori. Al di la della cortesia del personale, il banco che ti si pone davanti ti suscita solo un "e mo che scelgo". Vorresti provare ogni cosa e qualsiasi pasta ti si pone davanti è appetitosa ed invitante. Bisognerebbe stare a Trieste per andare a fare colazione ogni mattina e scegliere ogni giorno una pasta diversa per provarle tutte , e poi ricominciare il giro. Complimenti

posto delizioso e ben gestito! il nuovo locale molto moderno, spazioso e ben curato! personale gentilissimo e molto disponibile. dolci molto molto buoni, nessuno da sottovalutare e con prezzi più che accessibili, le varianti di caffè alla triestina sono ben 11! la grande affluenza di gente a vari orari è indice di un buon locale! complimenti!
