The place is next to the hotel where I was staying for work. I had a sandwich in the evening after returning from work. The place isn't huge. You can eat in, but it's more of a place for a takeaway sandwich or pizza, or something to eat on the go. The sandwich was very, very good. The flavors were well-balanced and very well-made.

I've been a customer for 20 years and have always had a good experience, but never call. The service is disappointing. Those who speak on the phone don't know how to deal with people. Things need to be said CLEARLY and DIRECTLY, without beating around the bush.

09/08/2025: We stayed in Pozzallo for 2 weeks in July 2025. We found this place by chance as it´s not on the main road that´s closest to the beach. We went to Cremi several times and we can highly recommend it. Everything is delicious and freshly made on the premises. Try granita with brioche or cannolo, which is definitely the best in town. Their biscotti (various kinds) just melt on your tongue. The owner is supernice and helpful, if you aren´t sure what to have. Worth visiting, don´t miss it!!!!
25/07/2025: One of the best pastry shops in the area. You can see the quality even in the simplest details, and above all, I found a kindness and helpfulness rarely found elsewhere. One thing I noticed, and what made me appreciate this pastry shop even more, was the attention to detail and meticulous cleanliness.

11/01/2026: Thanks to Carlo, we enjoyed a truly authentic meal. We were even able to watch the ricotta being made and then savor it in the traditional way. The food was all incredibly delicious and offered at an unbelievable price, including wine, mineral water, coffee, and grappa. The family runs their business with love and joy.
