I've been a customer for 20 years and have always had a good experience, but never call. The service is disappointing. Those who speak on the phone don't know how to deal with people. Things need to be said CLEARLY and DIRECTLY, without beating around the bush.

12/09/2025: Food, views and Owner is nice. BUT, Rude arrogant staff, acts like they are fully booked but aren’t because they gave us the seat that was “reserved” yet nobody came afterwards. Staff do not pay attention to customers who need cutlery or raises their hand. Views and food is nice, but if your staff is rude and inexperienced, do not expect people to truly feel satisfied.
11/09/2025: A beautiful place with incredible views. The food was delicious and the service was very friendly. I recommend it and will return when I visit Ragusa again.

05/08/2025: The best rotisserie in Modica, both for the quality and the professionalism they show, despite the numerous requests. They're always ready to offer advice. The product is always excellent. Kudos to the owner for both the rotisserie and the staff.
