It's located at the top of the Consuma Pass, a place where many motorcyclists gather on weekends, and is well stocked with excellent schiacciatas of all kinds. They recently installed a giant bench in front of it.

Needless to say, the schiacciata is amazing and the wait in line is worth it. Their homemade desserts are also truly delicious, and the craft beers are excellent. It's the perfect place for an al fresco Sunday lunch. Recommended.

The schiacciata is spectacular and so are their homemade desserts. It's a shame about the wasps that targeted us because otherwise everything would have been perfect. The staff is also quick and attentive. I recommend it if you're passing by.

Nothing to complain about the schiacciate. They were delicious. However, there's a lot to complain about: 1) issuing receipts without itemization (i.e., only the total is shown on the receipt); 2) lack of recycling bins.

09/10/2025: Incredible experience. Excellent location in a Tuscan trattoria style, the restaurant is housed in an old building renovated in a modern style, yet still retains some of its original charm. The menu is entirely Tuscan; we opted for a mixed appetizer to share, a first course, and a Florentine steak. We added wine, water, and dessert. Everything was delicious and high-quality, with generous portions, and the bill was equally impressive: €40 per person. A must-try for anyone looking for a great traditional Tuscan restaurant serving typical cuisine.
