Every time I do Consuma, I have to stop. It has now become a tradition. I like having breakfast or a snack from them too much. The environment is reminiscent of a small but beautiful mountain cabin. I always feel at ease at Chatet. 👍👍👍

An obligatory stop at the pass. There is always a bit of confusion. The squash with porcini mushrooms is excellent. Too bad for the lack of waste separation. Must try

12/03/2025: If you are looking for an authentic restaurant in Tuscany, this is the right place. The land cuisine is simply exceptional, with dishes prepared with fresh, quality and practically 0 km ingredients. The owner Antonio is an extraordinary person, always attentive and available, which makes the experience even more special. The location is a small corner of paradise: surrounded by greenery, with a relaxing view of a lake, perfect for a quiet dinner with friends and even with children given the large green space outside. A place to absolutely try!
