Very beautiful road, especially for those like me who ride a motorbike. We arrived at the chalet to enjoy the famous schiacciata with porcini mushrooms, truly excellent. The only downside was that there was a queue of about two hours. We ate from 1 pm until 3:10 pm, but in the end it was worth it...

It's located at the top of the Consuma Pass, a place where many motorcyclists gather on weekends, and is well stocked with excellent schiacciatas of all kinds. They recently installed a giant bench in front of it.

18/04/2025: Este es uno de nuestros lugares favoritos en el mundo! La selección de vinos es excepcional y el conocimiento y pasión de Zeno por la región es maravilloso! Comparte sus conocimientos, para los interesados, con tanta ilusión. Además la selección de alimentos es deliciosa. Todo lo que hemos probado ha sido bueno, pero uno de los favoritos es la terrina de hígado de pollo con una reducción de vin santo. Si estás visitando Florencia y buscas un excelente vino y excelente comida, ¡esta Enoteca es imperdible!
27/03/2025: Tuvimos una maravillosa comida de cata de vinos con excelentes vinos y buena comida. El entorno es en un pequeño bar de vinos. Solo alrededor de 8 mesas en el interior, así que realmente íntimo y agradable. Hicimos un menú degustación y nos encantó. Los vinos eran locales y geniales. Comida divertida.
