We spent our holidays in this chalet, kind and professional staff, excellent food.

"Dinner" formula approved!! The fixed menu features top-quality ingredients. The atmosphere is meticulously maintained, with excellent customer service. From appetizers to dessert, everything is delicious and reasonably priced. You can tell Pietro works with great dedication and passion, demonstrated not only by him but by the entire staff. We'll be back soon!

It's rare to find a place where you can sense the owners' passion. People who truly think about what they do and put their heart into it. People who can make simplicity unique and wonderful. The "little dinner," as they call it, is truly a delightful experience. The prices are fair and the ingredients are excellent. I will definitely be back.

In Cupra Marittima. A well-serviced and dog-friendly beach resort... The restaurant serves excellent seafood dishes.

We stayed at the Gabbiano for two consecutive years, everything was perfect... the only negative thing was that dogs were not allowed to walk on the seashore or enter the water... something truly absurd. We definitely won't be returning because of the local institutions.

Recommended by acquaintances, we were pleasantly surprised by the excellent quality-price-quantity ratio. We ate fried calamari that was simply exquisite, plentiful, and dry...really good! The staff was friendly and accommodating to our every request. We then found out from the owner that they serve a dinner in the evening: a fixed menu at the chef's discretion with six fish courses, water, and wine for €20 between 7:30 and 9:30 pm. We'll be back tomorrow evening to try this dinner, trusting completely in the chef's expertise. They say this restaurant brings back the flavors of yesteryear...the "premise" was excellent, let's see tomorrow evening!
