⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The Chalet delle Rose is a must-see in Rivisondoli! We know Carmine and his staff well, always super kind and professional, capable of making every guest feel at home. The meat is of excellent quality, and the kebabs are simply the best in the area: tender, tasty and cooked to perfection. The atmosphere is welcoming and the service impeccable. Highly recommended for those looking for good food and an authentic experience!

A great discovery!!! Carmine is an excellent host, a genuine person who tries in every way to make you feel good. Nice welcoming place with also a large outdoor space to enjoy aperitifs or have lunch. Excellent food, high quality ingredients cooked well and with fast service. Applause for the meats (produced and processed by Carmine). What to say.... if you pass by Rivisondoli it is a must stop!!! Ps. Super honest prices!!!

Kindness and hospitality characterize the manager of this restaurant who, together with his expertise especially in the choice of meats (family profession), always offers high quality dishes. Don't miss the pappardelle with porcini mushrooms, kebabs and all the meat dishes.

Characteristic cabin, in perfect harmony with the surrounding mountain environment. Large outdoor space to make excellent aperitifs and lunch in the sun even in the middle of winter. Excellent food, served in a polite manner. The owners Carmine and his wife Alessandra are truly exquisite in their kindness and friendliness, they easily empathize with all customers, creating a warm and familiar environment.

Warm and familiar environment in which you can relax or just sip something or delight in excellent food. It was a pleasant discovery and I highly recommend them. Outside there is a large area for free parking. It is possible to enjoy a beautiful sunny day even outdoors, where there are chairs and tables and also deckchairs. The stove inside gives a pleasant warmth in colder temperatures. Carmine, the owner, knows how to welcome you and make you relax. Quality food and expertly cooked. I'll be back soon

27/01/2025: We were a table of 10 people, we tried to book but unfortunately they were full, despite this the same morning we tried to ask in person and despite being full they did everything they could to find us a place and this already explains a lot, but during lunch, the welcome was exceptional, the extremely kind owner welcomed us with wine and dishes, all truly delicious. I wanted to taste everything. We will definitely be back. I don't give 5 stars because unfortunately there was a small accident with a plate but they were able to apologize for this too. Exceptional.
19/01/2025: My friends and I have been coming to eat at this restaurant for years. Upon arrival, Maurizio and Irene, the owners, welcome you and you are immediately at home! Impeccable service, excellent quality and quality raw materials. Large selection of wines and spirits. I highly recommend you come and try their dishes!
