Great bar with excellent staff and good, fresh products

The staff was very kind and attentive to their needs. Excellent food: we ordered delicious tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms, and equally delicious arrosticini and meat.

I've ordered takeout twice from Chalet delle Rose, and each time I've been struck by the incredibly kind staff—including the chef—who genuinely cared about how long it would take me to get my food home, precisely because they care so much about the quality of the cooking. Such rare attention. The first time I had the tagliatelle with game, the second the chitarra with ragù: both were spectacular. On both occasions, I also ordered the rice with chicken and almonds, an addictive dish. The restaurant is charming and well-kept, with a welcoming interior, a bright veranda, and an outdoor area completely immersed in greenery. A truly pleasant spot in Rivisondoli. Highly recommended.

In tre abbiamo cenato in un contesto familiare tipico di un bar/chalet di montagna. Proprietario super gentile e disponibile, prodotto seppur in bassa stagione di primissima qualità in modo particolare la carne. Si mangia davvero bene e il prezzo è contento. Ottima carta dei vini. Punto di ristoro davvero unico che garantisce prodotti di qualità.

The Chalet delle Rose has a large free car park in front of the restaurant. It is a wood and brick hut with tables inside and very pretty outside with flowered terraces. The staff is very courteous and helpful. To start with you can choose between bruschetta, cold cuts and local cheeses. Excellent first courses among which the Genovese excels. Excellent quality meat served with side dishes of potatoes, grilled vegetables or pan-fried chicory. I recommend the steak served on a cast iron griddle to stay hot until the last bite. To finish with a slice of fruit, homemade tarts, panna cotta or ice cream. The prices are in line with the quality of the products. Carmine the owner takes care of everything carefully to give a fantastic emotion every time.

Siamo capitati in questo posto quasi per caso. Dalle informazioni prese in rete non ci aspettavamo molto e invece siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi. Ci siamo ritrovati in un posto estremamente familiare, serviti da Carmine e sua moglie. Carmine persona squisita e gentilissima (ha perfino tagliato la bistecca di mio figlio per non far freddare i nostri piatti). Chitarra al ragù ottima, con alcuni pezzi di carne nel piatto. Tagliata e Entrecoté ottime, carne buonissima (e io sono molto critico sulla carne), cottura perfetta (raramente riusciamo ad avere carne veramente al sangue al ristorante). Dolci buoni e fatti in casa. Anche il Montepulciano della casa (non abbiamo scelto dall'ottima carta dei vini perchè non volevamo una bottiglia intera) assolutamente adeguato per essere un vino in mescita. Prezzi adeguati alla qualità di quello che abbiamo mangiato. In definitiva un posto che vale davvero la pena visitare!
