Chalet 3.0 al Parco In Carpi

I went for lunch with my boyfriend and another couple, we chose the fixed menu for €36 per person. Don't do it. There was a mixed grill as a second course, we get ONE portion. They tell us that they calculate one portion for every 3 people, too bad there were 4 of us, and even if there were 3 of us it was not enough. I understand not bringing one each but getting to the point of dividing the pieces of meat to taste everything seemed a bit excessive to me. Everything is very good for goodness sake, but I recommend ordering from the à la carte menu because the fixed ones are a rip-off. For the rest, the place is very nice and the quality of the food is also high, too bad about the portions of the fixed menus.

Nice and nice environment, I recommend it for those who want to eat meat, the quality of the food and the courtesy of the staff are excellent, the only negative note is that unfortunately the meat arrived cold, but in any case I will return for a second chance.

We went for dinner without booking and luckily for us they gave us a table for 2 on the veranda since in the internal room the music was loud and they even started the live music so it would have been impossible to converse. The menu offers very inviting dishes but we opted for the Tagliere dello Chalet with excellent cured meats accompanied by small pieces of fried gnocco (good) and a basket of piadina (good) to which I added a plate of delicious grilled vegetables, all washed down with a glass of Ripasso and one of Franciacorta Saten; dinner concluded with 1 coffee because we were full but we will return to try the summer expanse. Compliments to the staff and the chef!

Questo è il titolo della recensione, giacché da quanto ho colto questo ristorante, felicemente ubicato al centro del più prestigioso parco cittadino, ha potenzialità significative per rivitalizzare le proposte gastronomiche di Carpi, peraltro la mia città, da alcuni anni appiattite su una pressoché generalizzata riproposizione dei capisaldi, peraltro sempre vigorosi , della tradizione locale. Purtroppo l’esperienza vissuta dal mio ospite e da me, al di là della qualità notevole delle proposte culinarie, mi impedisce attribuire una più lusinghiera valutazione a causa di alcune pecche rilevate,vere e proprie inconcepibili cadute di stile, ( calici di vino con visibili tracce di rossetto !). Imbarazzante !

Very welcoming environment, delicious food (especially the meat) and very friendly and helpful waiters. The only flaw is the waiting times: actually too long! Still recommended!

Very attentive and kind welcome from the staff, unfortunately we ordered the menu for seven people, actually six people and a 3 year old child, but despite this the portions on the menu were very small, especially the grilled one, the meat wasn't there for everyone. I imagine if we had ordered for six...

We went with my colleagues for the Spanish evening and it was wonderful, delicious food, the platter has high quality cheeses and cured meats, the white sangria is amazing! But I asked for the mushroom skulls with polenta and it lacked salt, only for this reason I don't give the food 5 stars, but otherwise everything excellent! The themed evening with the dancers was also very beautiful! Super friendly staff. I will definitely come back.

Truly quality experience, from starters to first courses... the choice of matured meats is exceptional. Quality quality quality. Go because it's really worth it
