Beautiful setting in the heart of a large city park (best seen again in spring), excellent service and succulent dishes. The specialty here is meat: many excellent quality cuts. The ribs are special, the cuts are exceptional, but from the menu it is clear that there is also much more. Also noteworthy are the pappardelle with wild boar.

Locale dinamico e alla mano per serate piacevoli con amici e/o famigliari,si mangia molto bene e servizio nei tempi giusti! Occasione della serata in tema bavarese,non sono mancate le risate! Personalmente lo consiglio. Ci ritornero’ volentieri!

Excellent and beautiful restaurant in the middle of the Rimembranze Park (Carpi), you can eat pasta or meat, the quality is really good, the flavor, color, texture and the harmony with which the food is presented is from high-end restaurants, a real success 100pts for the kitchen (chef and assistants). We have already tried this restaurant 5 times and we were very pleased with the attention received by the staff (A1). We have tried almost the entire menu and it is very good, the bread to accompany them in summer was exquisite, the sweets were succulent (the Cannolo is slow to die) and the drinks were spectacular and very well presented. My APPLAUSE is for all the staff, always friendly, happy and very attentive, I love it! and above all they accept puppies (Top), we have always taken our Siberian Husky and we have been very comfortable.

Ottimo e bellissimo ristorante in mezzo al Parco delle Rimembranze (Carpi), si può mangiare pasta o carne, la qualità è veramente buona, il sapore, il colore, la consistenza e l'armonia con cui viene presentato il cibo è da ristoranti di fascia alta, un vero successo 💯 punti per la cucina (chef e assistenti). Abbiamo già provato questo ristorante 5 volte e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti dell'attenzione ricevuta dal personale. Abbiamo provato quasi tutto il menù ed è ottimo, il pane per accompagnarli d'estate era squisito, i dolci succulenti (il cannolo è buooono) i drink erano spettacolari e molto ben presentate. Il mio APPLAUSO è per tutto lo staff, sempre cordiale, felice e molto attenti, lo adoro! e soprattutto accettano cani 🔝, noi abbiamo sempre portato i nostri Siberian Husky e ci siamo trovati molto bene.

It is already the second time that we eat in this restaurant with a pleasant environment and very professional, helpful and always smiling staff. Delicious dishes from starter to dessert for a very good final price. SUPER RECOMMENDED ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

03/01/2025: The private room adds tranquility to an otherwise excellent place. It's difficult to choose a few dishes to recommend: they are all original reinterpretations of traditional dishes, from Modena and beyond. In terms of personal delicacies, highly recommended as a starter, but not only, the formidable traditional Modena plum jam prepared by them themselves.

23/12/2024: Culinary experience in the Land of Motors, signed by Massimo Bottura I recently went to the Cavallino Restaurant with friends for dinner. Right from the start, upon entering the entrance, you perceive a refined but at the same time welcoming atmosphere, full of details that celebrate, in a revisited key, the charm of Maranello, in its indissoluble bond with the world of Ferrari. The menu is varied and creative: the dishes are a combination of tradition and innovation, with ingredients and flavors balanced to perfection. The desserts look spectacular, especially the revisited trifle. The service was impeccable: the staff is friendly, attentive and prepared to present each dish served. The quality-price ratio is excellent for the quality of the experience offered. I highly recommend it. Congratulations to the entire Cavallino team and chef Bottura for having created such a beautiful place.
22/12/2024: truly original dishes with excellent service and on time. Price appropriate to the quality.
