Rugs on the roof just like the vibes. Lovely lady behind the counter, chess and dominoes, strong affordable drinks (7 euros per cocktail) loved it!

10/01/2026: We chose this restaurant randomly after reading the reviews on Google. An excellent choice. The waiter was very friendly and spoke three languages. The food was excellent, one of our best meals of the trip.
29/12/2025: A truly wonderful restaurant in Rome. We were thrilled! Because it was summer, we were able to sit outside on a small, romantic terrace in front of the restaurant, located on a quiet little street. The food was delicious and fresh, and our waiter was not only warm and welcoming but also charming and funny. To top it all off, the prices were really good for Rome. All in all, a truly lovely evening at Il Corsaro Barberini – we would definitely come back!
