Very nice place. The staff is always friendly and professional. With their new all-you-can-eat menu, the food is great.

The meat was the best I've ever eaten.
The staff was a bit agitated at first, but they loosened up after a while.
If you want to go out and eat at the same time, this is the place to go. The music was awful, and we heard the same song four times.
Otherwise, a great place.
Be careful in the men's restroom, because you'll fall over easily.

I'd say it was a positive experience. Excellent food and plenty of it. Beautiful, typically Latin restaurant.
The music and staff were welcoming, especially the waitress, who was professional and friendly.

We went to Charero. in Parma yesterday for lunch, we had a great time, among other things we had a small child with us, and they recommended the menu for her, we found hospitality, kindness, cleanliness and good quality of the buffet and meat! Keep it up. N.b. very clean bathrooms

I stumbled upon it by chance because after an aperitif with friends we felt like having Mexican food.
Very nice place, menu with many proposals and possibility to eat as much as you wanted.
Very good food, I would even say exquisite and very generous portions.
Service could be improved because waiters were very confused on the tables.
The only thing I would add to the menu is the Margarita because they already make sangria.
A place I highly recommend. ❤️

I left a positive review a few years ago but I have to say that lately the place doesn't satisfy me as much as it used to, on the contrary...
The quality of the meat seems to have dropped or, if not, it is not treated properly. Not to mention the cleanliness in the room... For goodness sake, the place certainly has a particularly difficult structure to clean but unfortunately I believe that when you eat certain things you absolutely shouldn't see them because then you'll feel hungry....
I don't want to be very critical and therefore I won't add details but I hope you go back to the origins in some things because you were among the 🔝 of Parma!
