Cesarino In Milano

Not bad, being one of the first pizzoranti in Valsassina.

It is a somewhat old-fashioned place and perhaps needs a "refresh". That said, the food is truly delicious. We caught a really good perch, fresh and well cooked. I don't know about the service since we were served by the same owner who, very kindly, recommended a Durello instead of prosecco, which alone was worth the fact that we stopped. Nice view of the surroundings.

We went for Easter lunch but we had already been for Christmas lunch With Easter menu instead, à la carte menu and honestly, given that there were so many people, there was a bit of confusion but nevertheless the food was always very good in a rustic environment. mountain, owner and staff very kind and helpful, right price, more than right. Every now and then I also go there on Sunday midday and always very satisfied, if you are in the area you should try it.

I would define it more as an average trattoria than a restaurant.

The restaurant where my grandfather Cesare (namesake) often took us, over 40 years ago. The legendary Cesarino! What a thrill every time you go through that bend in Cassina. Very welcoming place, food that speaks of life and sacrifices, kind-hearted people.

Panini and drinks. Brilliant choice of deli sandwiches all around €8. Very busy and a bit chaotic but quality and value very good.

Welcoming place, the managers, lovely people, the food, exquisite, excellent value for money and above all.... a pleasure to spend time chatting with the very friendly Tina! It's feeling at home! The polenta with venison is super recommended! But also the braised meat! Thanks for being there!
