Restaurant quite close to the Castellana caves. The service was excellent, from the welcome to the presentation of the dishes, up to the end with a digestive offered. Quality food prepared with love and care. Simple ingredients but made the most of. We were really excited, if we were in the area again, we would definitely return. Excellent value for money. Strongly recommended.

The starters are delicious and the final dessert is always a delight. The quality of the ingredients and the care in preparing the dishes are evident. I can't help but praise the value for money, which is exceptional. If you want to have an authentic, high-quality dining experience, Cesarino 36 is the right place. Cesarino 36 is the place of the heart. Piero and Maria are two exceptional people who know how to do their job very well. The place is clean, well furnished, welcoming and with attention to the smallest details and the background music is designed to create a relaxing atmosphere. Piero is a nice and kind person who was able to recommend dishes with excellent raw materials and presented in an elegant and creative way. Maria is a very skilled cook capable of offering dishes with balanced flavours, genuine and complex. It was an experience that we will repeat with great pleasure.

Welcoming and refined environment. Chef Maria's starter is rich, with a delicate balance between creativity and Apulian gastronomic tradition. The raw materials are fresh and of high quality. Remarkable first at a decidedly fair price. Mr. Piero serves the tables, weaving a pleasant and never predictable dialogue. Overall, I will definitely go back.
