We dropped in for lunch after doing the tour of the caves. Piero was a wonderful host. The food was fabulous, the meat sauce was incredible. We also had the pleasure of meeting Maria-Piero’s wife and the sole chef of this wonderful restaurant. We were so thankful that we stumbled upon this gem. Don’t hesitate to go, you will not be disappointed

Qué gran lugar. Paramos aquí para almorzar después de una visita a las cuevas. El propietario era muy servicial con el menú y la selección de platos. Todo lo que obtuvimos fue delicioso. Todo está hecho fresco por la esposa. Los precios son justos.

We spent Sunday for lunch at Cesarino 36. We had a great time. The place is welcoming, not confusing, very relaxing. Excellent cleanliness. Professional, friendly staff: they put you at ease and advise you on the best delicacies prepared. What can I say...all very good. It deserves more than five stars.

I rarely write reviews, but when I do it's because I want to highlight someone's excellent work. In the case of Cesarino36, an evocative venue that reflects the typical and genuine Apulian mood, with creative furnishings and attention to detail. Very kind and professional owners. Excellent and refined dishes with the possibility of eating gluten-free thanks to the quality of the products and the dedication of the managers. A pleasant discovery, a few minutes from the Castellana Caves. Certainly recommended

Lovely restaurant near the Castellana Grotto. We went for lunch before our grotto tour and the food was excellent! Would absolutely recommend.

Una meraviglia nella città che mi ha formato. Le grotte sono un optional a questa realtà. Varrebbe la pena di venire qui solo per pranzare.

30/01/2025: Dopo un lunga giornata di lavoro cerchiamo sempre un accogliente location dove trascorrere qualche momento di relax cenando ed assaporando le “idee” di qualche cuoco !!! Quasi sempre l’intuito legato ad un po’ di esperienza mi conduce nei posti giusti ! Anche questa volta siamo approdati nel posto giusto! Location accogliente bella musica al volume giusto , ovvero quella che ti consente di chiacchierare senza dove urlare e poi tutto perfetto ! Un menu’ misto terra e mare profumi e sapori che si legano ai ricordi , accoglienza e cortesia di chi e’ vissuto per il piacere si fare ristorazione ! Un sicuro porto dove approdare ancora con piacere .
