We went as a couple for lunch today after returning from a medical visit. Impeccably hygienic place! Genuine and abundant food with special recipes. Very discreet and very kind owner. The place is very particular in its furnishings. Silence during lunch and relaxing music in the background. A place to recommend, places like this are not easily forgotten.

We arrived at the restaurant with very little time to have lunch but we still asked if they could cook something very quickly for us. Not only was the staff very helpful and kind, but they also prepared three delicious pasta dishes in just a few minutes. A very nice and welcoming place that is really worth it!

Truly the most Italian experience during our trip. We arrived a bit late and we were told that there would be quite a wait because only the two of them. Not deterred, we set down and gladly so. The food was wonderful. Every single bite. It's amazing to think it's only Maria, the wife in the kitchen. The owner shared a lot about his life and so proud of his wife and little baby. The restaurant is small but you feel spacious. The decoration, totally done by Maria, makes you feel at home. We were so lucky that they also shared a homemade drink made from local blackberries. If I didn't need to drive, I would have drunk the whole bottle. We cannot recommend Cesarino 36 highly enough. It was our final meal in Italy and we went out with a bang. Very nice family run place. The food was excellent and of good quality. Really helpful and friendly owners.

Very well looked after environment in a family atmosphere. The owners are very courteous and helpful, the lady's cooking is truly genuine and home-made. Highly recommended, a place to taste local dishes and relax for an excellent meal, appreciating the flavors of tradition and more. The house myrtle rosolio is also noteworthy. Currently only open for lunch... too bad!

This was the best restaurant we visited on our trip around Apulia. The interior is bright and lovely, you can see it was carefully designed with love. We felt very good in this restaurant. The owner was super friendly and gave us the best service possible. He talked us through the menu like we were in the finest restaurant in the world. The menu is true to the traditional Apulian cuisine, but has a taste of modernity too. We chose the Orechiette alla Margherita and Lasagnetta and I highly recommend both dishes, they were delicious as well as the tiramisu. The restaurant is located close to the train and bus station which is also convenient. It's a must-visit if you are in Apulia and want to explore local cuisine.

The place is designed with attention to detail, comfortable and quiet; there is a friendly and familiar atmosphere. We ate very well, typical local ingredients but very well revisited; excellent idea with few proposals but done really well. We were well received by the owner, who didn't rush us in choosing or eating. Price in line with what we ate. Super recommended place!

We arrived late, but they agreed to serve us without problem. The waiter was very friendly, he also offered us an aperitif and a local specialty. We ordered pasta which was really delicious and very filling, to the point of not needing dessert. In addition, the rustic and calm setting is very pleasant for a meal break. A great experience overall!
