Cerchio Rosso In Cagliari

We happened to be in Cagliari during a rainy week, but Cerchio Rosso and their wine bar located a few meters away brought some peace to our vacation! Best dish? Winter Garden...a truly special appetizer!

Cozy ambience, outstanding friendly host and servicial staff, delicious and very well presented dishes along with perfect wines. It's located in a lovely street, 100% recommended!!!

I typically don't like fusion, but the dishes here are delicious and creative. Wine selection is top notch

My partner and I took a long road trip all over Sardinia, stopping to eat at different restaurants every day to try everything. It was always delicious, but we ended up going over the same things again and again. The meal we had in Cerchio Rosso was by far the best of the whole trip. The place is lovely and pleasant, the waiters and waitresses are incredibly friendly and attentive, and the food is absolutely amazing. It's based on local specialties, but prepared beautifully, with great flair but without any unnecessary frills. The dishes are quite unexpected; it's truly, truly delicious. Plus, the best idea we saw during our trip, after trying so much, is that they offer half portions of pasta! That way you can try several different kinds! I had pasta three times... They also have vegetarian options, and I think they offer to make dishes vegetarian if needed (my partner is vegetarian)! For the wine, we followed the waiter's recommendation, who paired us with three wines by the glass, and it was fantastic. It was just so, so good; we'll definitely go back if we return to Sardinia.

Outside dining, delicious choices, portion size can be chosen. We had a great experience.

A delight for the palate! After a truly miserable day, finding this restaurant was a lifesaver! Friendly and knowledgeable staff... original choices for all tastes (even vegans). The half-portions, which allow you to try more, are fantastic! Excellent wine cellar and ready to offer valuable advice! Congratulations to everyone!

This restaurant offers high-end fusion cuisine, run by highly competent, friendly, and courteous young professionals. Add to this the location: one of the most beautiful and evocative squares in Cagliari, in my opinion. Highly recommended.
