Cerchio Rosso In Cagliari

On the last day of our honeymoon we stayed a minute away and it looked like a great way to wrap up our vacation… It was exactly what we wanted and better!! Briliant service folowed by amazing food. Some of the best combinations we have tried. Especially the octopus 🐙 and beef 🥩 dishes were prepared perfectly. Tender and juicy steak on a smooth parsley chutney and an octopus firm and melting with a combination of glased shallots in romesco sauce! Didn’t know it before but we loved it! A bottle of rose wine they recommended went great with our meal. Thank you for the best ending to a great vacation.

Excellent and original dishes, from appetizers to desserts. Amazing paccheri! Carefully paired with wines. Very friendly and professional staff. A relaxed atmosphere in a charming little square.

Took a wrong turn on the main pedestrian street and stumbled onto a charming square with a few bars and restaurants. Managed to get a reservation and had an overall exquisite experience of high quality food, great wine pairing and outstanding service. Go visit! Reservation needed.

Refined dishes without the over-the-top flavors of those who insist on overdoing it. A real treat.

The service was so so, some food were good because of ingredients but the cooking skill is really not good. The octopus we ordered was very hard and dry, feels like it’s left over and recooked. And even that with very small portion (in full portion). We feel the starters we had were best, first course was ok, second course is the worst.

Fantastic meal. Unbelievable flavors with simple ingredients! Every dish show cased a new side of common ingredients. Worth every penny.

Tutto, assolutamente delizioso. Piatti con accostamenti particolari, ricercati, degni di uno stellato. Il menù cambia periodicamente. Location meravigliosa, in una piazzetta stile bohemien. Prezzi assolutamente contenuti per lo standard della città.

Posticino scoperto per caso che diventa subito tra i nostri luoghi preferiti. Ogni piatto è stato una scoperta di sapori, dagli antipasti al dolce tutto buonissimo; personale gentile e disponibile, consigliato vivamente! Bonus: i consigli sui vini e la scoperta di bottiglie nuove è un invito a lasciarsi sorprendere ogni volta.
