Cerchio Rosso In Cagliari

Best dining experience in Cagliari! The Beef tongue with pesto, cherry tomatoes and tuna belly ham and the spaghetti carbonara with candied chilli were exceptional. The ravioli all'agrafe and the amberjack fillet in Jerusalem artichoke sauce are also delicious. We got some advice on the wine and it was so good that we ordered a case. The restaurant also does half portions and it's a great thing to try more dishes :)

Definitely one of the best places I’ve eaten at in Cagliari. We went for the tasting menu and spent just over 60 euros, but we also drank quite a lot. The staff was professional, friendly, and attentive, and the service was quick. Every dish we had was delicious and beautifully presented. The location is lovely, with outdoor seating that’s perfect for spring and summer. Highly recommended!

Nice place, great food and the atmosphere was also nice too. Also respect for the Palestinian flag.

We were looking for a quiet restaurant far from the hustle and bustle of the streets of Cagliari.... Objective achieved! Delicious cuisine full of flavors and what can we say about the warm welcome!!! We had a more than pleasant evening for our last evening in Sardinia. Small restaurant that deserves to be known!!

Casi no quiero contarles a todos sobre este lugar porque me siento afortunada de haber encontrado un lugar secreto tan perfecto. Volvimos tres veces en dos semanas y nos encantó cada comida. En una pequeña plaza hermosa con mesas al aire libre, la comida es exquisita. Los productos locales frescos, siempre incluyendo una opción no cárnica, se preparan brillantemente con verdadera atención al detalle. Los servidores de vino le dan opciones y ofrecen información sobre el mejor acompañamiento. Nunca antes había disfrutado de un fondant de berenjena con ensalada bacalhau, pero se lo recomendaría a cualquiera. Todo en el menú es excepcionalmente bueno. Cerchio Rosso es una gran relación calidad-precio (se pueden pedir medias porciones de cada plato) , para una cocina realmente excelente y para hacer las cosas perfectas, atento, personal informado que conoce bien los vinos de Cerdeña. En mi opinión, este es el mejor lugar para comer en Cagliari.

Magical atmosphere, in the historic center of Cagliari, a private but at the same time dynamic location! From the service, to the study of the dishes with their combinations, extraordinary service and attention, because unfortunately we are no longer used to the simplicity dictated by competence. WELL DONE we had a great time, and we will certainly be back :)

Atmosfera magica, nel centro storico di Cagliari, location riservata ma allo stesso tempo dinamica! Dal servizio, allo studio dei piatti con le relative combinazioni, servizio e attenzione straordinarie, perché ahimè non siamo più abituati alla semplicità dettata dalla competenza. Menù degustazione vegano e non TOP. BRAVI siamo stati benissimo, e certamente torneremo :)
