The prices seemed too high to me, the staff is not very helpful, when you call them they don't listen to you, the waiting time for a dish is too long

Excellent cuisine and impeccable service Last night we ate at this restaurant with my brother and cousin. An unforgettable dinner, where every detail was attended to with passion and professionalism. We started with an incredibly tender and flavorful octopus appetizer, followed by a crispy, dry, and truly well-prepared mixed fry. The main course was sea bream on creamed potato soup, simply exceptional: incredibly fresh fish, cooked to perfection, accompanied by a delicate and harmonious creamed soup. Impeccable plating, refined flavor. A heartfelt thank you to Alessandro for the quality, balanced flavors, and care with which each dish was prepared. And a special thank you also to Pier Paolo, who was kind, attentive, and very professional, making the evening even more enjoyable with his impeccable service. C'era una Volta is a gem in the heart of Palau. Highly recommended. We will definitely be back!

Hello, We ate at this restaurant and I can't fault the food much, which was good. However, the service wasn't pleasant.

A delicious meal, with lovely and knowledgeable waiters. A wonderful family evening with exquisite food and wonderful staff.

I had an UNFORGETTABLE time with my darling. The waiters were exceptionally kind and courteous. I thank them for their thoughtful touches that touched us deeply. The dishes we ordered arrived very quickly and were delicious. I will definitely be back before the end of my vacation.

A wonderful little restaurant with a view of the harbor and ferry dock. We ate delicious spaghetti carbonara, fish, and steak. Excellent value for money.

Ci passo tutte le volte che vengo a Palau in vacanza....sempre una certezza! uno dei pochi ristoranti in zona che utilizza Pesce Fresco, che produce pane, che realizza piatti della tradizione con un tocco di modernità. Elogio a tutto il menù...obbligatorio assaggiare il mix di antipasti (consiglio quello con più portate). Complimenti Francesco
