Great traditional food, very authentic and extremely fresh produce. The service was also great, friendly and genuinely ‘Roman’ as you would expect in the area. We dined there on a Friday night when all the children in the village seemed to have been let loose, hence it was quite noisy and chaotic. A large table opposite us decided to have all their children, I’d say about 10 6-8 year old kids, at a separate table just next to us and totally unsupervised. Not the restaurant’s fault at all, but it kinda spoiled an otherwise great evening.

If you are looking for a place where you can eat more than well (and at good prices), especially classic Roman cuisine, you can't help but visit this excellent place. Kindness, courtesy, cleanliness and absolute speed characterize this wonderful place where you can taste the "classics" (pajata, cacio e pepe etc..) which are essentially excellent; Too bad I can't give a sixth star. You feel at home after just a few minutes, the great experience of Spartaco, together with perfect cuisine, turn a classic "let's go out to dinner" into a different experience that will have to be repeated, also because it is not possible to be able to taste all the dishes offered. Absolutely recommended for families and groups of friends; Spartaco's student spirit will put anyone at ease and make for a very pleasant evening that will certainly be remembered

Exceptional!!! The third time I've been back, and it confirms itself as a great restaurant! Alessandro (called the 'waiter', sorry) offers IMPECCABLE service: kind, charismatic, polite and always smiling! Thank you for giving us a perfect Sunday atmosphere. Excellent food, quality and flavours. How I wish all Roman trattorias were like you.... But ultimately you deserve the unique podium of excellence. Thank you ❤️

Sì trova in zona Casalotti. Un tantino lontano dal centro. Servizio davvero ineccepibile e corretto sotto il profilo delle scelte nel menù. Antipasto epico, carne molto buona!

I discovered this restaurant thanks to a dinner with friends, a characteristic, well-kept and clean place. Very courteous and kind staff as well as fun and professional. Typical Roman cuisine and truly generous portions. Cured meats brought in a container with a cutting board and a knife so you can serve yourself. Excellent first and second courses. The desserts are exquisite. Honest prices. The only small flaw is the lack of ample parking, there are very few places available, but once you've finished eating it's an aspect that takes second place. Advised!

Che dire si mangia benissimo, uno Staff competente serio ma nello stesso tempo divertente e simpaticissimi..... assaggiate tutti i dolci che sono buonissimi da intenditore voto 10 .

22/02/2025: Restaurante típico italiano con muchos italianos y pocos turistas ya que está algo alejado de la roma turística tradicional. Fuimos muy bien atendidos, a un buen precio y la comida estaba riquísima.
09/02/2025: Ero già stata in questa trattoria e visto che mi era piaciuta sono ritornata per il mio compleanno. Nulla da ridire alla cucina che era gustosa, tantomeno al servizio ai tavoli. Quello che però non mi è piaciuto è il fatto che quando ho consegnato la mia torta in cassa per farla servire a fine pasto, la signora ci ha immediatamente avvisato del fatto che si facevano pagare 2 euro per servire la nostra torta. Per noi no problem, sé questa è la policy della trattoria, là si rispetta, d’altronde la signora ci aveva detto sin da subito che avevamo possibilità di scelta, puntualizzando “altrimenti la torta ve la riportate a casa”. Abbiamo quindi speso un extra di 10 euro ( 2 euro a testa x 5 persone ). Sono solita lasciare come extra una mancia corrispondente al 10% del conto, ma questa volta ho ritenuto opportuno non farlo in questa trattoria.

19/02/2025: I've always lived in Rome and I've lost count of how many times I've been recommended this place, my expectations were VERY HIGH... the place is simple, a Roman tavern without too many frills and after just a few minutes I felt at home. The menu arrives immediately, hand-written on a romantic blackboard, obviously the traditional dishes stand out and the more I read the hungrier I get. I order a cod fillet, a burrata and anchovy crostini, followed by a gricia but since I want to try everything I have my 2 friends order a carbonara and a burrata-filled ravioli, and I wait with my mouth watering watching the other dishes pass by. They weren't exactly very fast, it must be said that the place was full (and it was Wednesday night) I think that in general it's best to book, but here are the dishes... what can I say? the cod fillet was huge, fried to perfection that even squeezing it not even a drop of oil, the crostini CRISPY and the very fresh burrata embraced the fragrant anchovies. Let's move on to the first courses, my gricia was al dente, with that flavor that only my grandmother's was like, the same for the other two first courses, in the kitchen they think of taste without frills and what comes out is an explosion of flavors. Amaro and limoncelli offered by the house. Osteria Bonelli sorry I didn't come before, see you very soon!
19/02/2025: The second time in 10 days and I confirm a nice tavern as it should be well made Roman dishes fast and friendly service I recommend it and I will return well done
