29/12/2025: Recommended by the B&B manager while visiting Anguillara, we went there. The welcome was warm and the food excellent, with refined combinations and well-chosen accompaniments. The lake fish was also a highlight. The gelatinous emulsion that accompanied the fried lake fish was wonderful. There are no photos because I ate the whole thing 😉
02/12/2025: This restaurant was recommended by a local. Gourmet cuisine, like the sea bass carpaccio with passion fruit compote, is truly superb. The service is a bit distracted: we were offered dishes that weren't available, and we were promised liqueurs at the end of the meal that never arrived.

11/11/2025: Excellent vacation property, yet 20 minutes from the center of Rome, a perfect blend of centrality and relaxation. Clean, pleasant rooms, excellent breakfast with homemade cakes and much more. My 86-year-old parents truly enjoyed their stay.
28/10/2025: I loved this place and can't wait to return. Close to everything! Quiet, fantastic breakfast, attentive and thoughtful staff. A hotel done right!! Full stars!
