18/05/2025: It's been more than 20 years since I last ate at this restaurant, but I can say that I had a pleasant feeling. I remembered its very particular decor with its sofas, its vintage lamps, the particular paintings, I would say that everything was like then but with a touch of different: the kindness and professionalism of the owner Cristina made me feel at home, she made us feel in a family environment. Then what can I say about the food: I ate an incredible dish, a mixed seafood appetizer! What did I like the most? The red shrimp tartare from Mazara del Vallo, I felt the sea in the dish, good, sweet WITHOUT THAT TRACE OF AMMONIA THAT YOU OFTEN FEEL when you eat fish! this was, what can I say, amazing! I appreciated that the chef came out to say hello, so I took the opportunity to thank him in person I really like it when I go to a restaurant and the chef takes some of his precious time to come to our table. I would also like to thank chef Valentina and all the guys on the staff for their availability and kindness. I will definitely be back!
