Walking past this delicatessen, I was truly moved: the selection of Grana Padano cheeses is among the best I've ever seen, with a special mention for the 100-month-aged pieces!! Just looking at them sends shivers down my spine. The meat doesn't disappoint either, with prices in line with those in the area. The service is friendly and authentic: it doesn't feel like a place built just for tourists, but a point of reference for locals in the area. The spaces are clean and tidy, and wheelchair accessibility is guaranteed. As a Bolognese, seeing such a matured Grana Padano truly moved me: a stab in my heart of pride and tradition. I even tried to ask if it was possible to pay for a taste of the 100-month-aged cheese, but unfortunately, it's not available. It's still an unmissable stop for anyone who loves true gastronomic excellence.
