Products and raw materials of promoted quality. We bought some tortellini, to bring back to Rome. The style and rustic soul of the place can be felt, marrying perfectly with the offer and the quality of everything you will find on display. Extremely positive experience.

As regards the meat, high quality and fair prices (for the location and given the average of the other shops in the city which are also medium-low), but above all great professionalism and attention to the customer: characteristics that are anything but obvious given the priceless position and the offer.

Bottega storica ben gestita. Personale professionale e simpatico, un pochino di fila ma vale la pena. Vetrine piene di tortellini e parmigiano. Prosciutti e salumi molto belli.

This place is great, I got great parmigiano reggiano from here. Amazing taste. Definitely buy the 100 Mesi one, which means 100 months old, it doesn't have such a taste. It turns out that all the parmigianos in Türkiye are fake. The aromatic flavors you experience when you first put it in your mouth cause lightning to strike in your brain. Definitely Wonderful...

Small historic shop used for the sale of Emilian products. I bought the tortelloni to make at home with pears and they were very good but the ones that were supposed to be mushroom-flavoured had a ricotta filling inside and there was none of the taste of the latter. 'it was the slightest trace ok the service very high prices.

31/01/2025: Excellent Menu: Tonight 01/31/2025, Traditional First Courses; Gramigna with Sausage Ragu and Ricotta Tortelloni, Butter and Sage, Abundant servings. Seconds ; Crescentine (Tigelle) Very good, with mixed cold cuts, lard, and ribs with sauce. Spectacular, highly recommended!! The managers are very friendly and very nice. See you soon ! 31/10/2024: Piccola trattoria a carattere familiare dove , in un ambiente tradizionale ,si mangiano degli ottimi primi della tradizione emiliana con pasta fresca fatta da loro oltre a Tigelle con affettati e dei fantastici borlenghi Abbiamo mangiato dei buonissimi tortelloni nella varie versioni ( burro/salvia , burro/oro e porcini) e borlenghi eccezionali , friabili , leggeri e saporiti Molto buono anche il Barbera della casa Servizio cordiale e prezzi onesti Torneremo ancora per assaggiare altri primi e le Tigelle con salumi
