For a quick meal on the go or to go, this is the perfect place. We had an arancini, a sandwich, and two pizza fries. All excellent and very affordable.

Delicious pasta for €10-12 per portion, and the carbonara is especially recommended. During peak season, around lunchtime, you might have to wait about 15 minutes for a table, but the waiter offers snacks and champagne to those waiting. The service is very friendly.

Fantastic. We’re in Rome for a few days. Had multiple meals. This is our favorite place so far. Dinner was so good, we went back for late night food after some drinks at the Irish pub. Everything was delicious and incredibly affordable. HIGHLY recommend.

Sophisticated music and an inviting aroma, and in no time I find myself inside this little place among 13 ice cream parlors. I can guess the name of the place from the vast selection behind the counter, but I'm playing it safe; I still have to try one of the four sacred pasta dishes, Amatriciana it is. I warn them I'm in a bit of a hurry, but there's no need. By the time I move from the table from the entrance to the US-tourist-proof corridor (space being what it is), the dish is right under my nose. The busy Milanese test is over. All that's left to do is taste it: the guanciale starts to slap my palate while the pecorino cheese holds it in place from behind. Despite my limited appetite due to the heat, I devour it in less time than I can last in bed. P.S. If you don't get your shirt dirty with sauce, you're a total idiot. My goal is accomplished: a full belly, a satisfied palate, and a 4x100 relay time. But I didn't count on the hospitality of the two guys, who, in addition to the discount, offered me a fried dessert soaked in sugar for the extra time. Very small but very welcoming place. Fast and pleasant service. There were people waiting outside so out of respect, we ate quickly to leave room. To thank us, we were offered 2 piping hot donuts to take away. Very reasonable prices.
