Una location suggestiva e qualità dei prodotti alti. Abbiamo preso tartare di tonno cunzatu (con olive, capperi e pomodori confit) e poi cous cous incocciato di pesce... Tutto perfetto, compresa atmosfera

Ospiti di questo fantastico hotel abbiamo avuto per due sere di apprezzare anche la buonissima cucina proposta alla carta . Antipasti, primi e secondi da stellato , materia prima di qualità con buona anche se non ampia scelta dei vini , locali. Un plauso allo chef Francesco per primi piatti che coniugano perfettamente tradizione e innovazione. Bravi!
