Elegant, very clean and tidy restaurant, air-conditioned, with parking in front, plus a larger parking area 20 meters away.
Qualified and extremely friendly staff.
Cuisine ranging from traditional Piedmontese dishes (masterful mixed fried fish, Fassona beef tartare, pickled eels, etc.) to a wood-fired pizza oven (the cereal dough and seasonal pizzas with the highest quality ingredients depending on the time of year are a must-try), to the most refined meats (Tomahawk, etc.).
Wide selection of local wines and more.

This restaurant and pizzeria has been a regular stop on our mountain holiday trips for years! I've always found a table, even on the busiest nights. The staff is super helpful, and the food is AMAZING!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

A pleasant return. I occasionally eat at Cavallino Rosso in Cercenasco.
We had dinner for a pleasant family evening.
The quality hasn't changed; I remembered a good pizza, and that's exactly what happened. Quality ingredients really stand out.
The restaurant is spacious and well-lit, and easy to access.
In addition to pizza, you can also order Piedmontese restaurant specialties, which are also excellent.
