A delightful Tyrolean restaurant, excellent quality, generous portions. A must-see in Bolzano during the Christmas markets. Delicious dumplings!

The food was very good.....the only flaw was the huge turnout.....you need patience.....but both the food and the location are worth it....very welcoming staff...you feel at home....truly professionals...even on a human level....well done....a truly obligatory stop.....👏🏼

I love the White Horse Inn! I'm a repeat customer and I have to say, I always enjoy coming back. Same staff, same menu with daily specials. Lunch is quite reasonably priced, and it's quieter in the evenings. I'll definitely be back.

Excellent food! We had the venison pappardelle and they were really delicious and plentiful. Friendly staff. The wait time wasn't excessive, about 15 minutes. Highly recommended.

I visited to try goulash and canedelli, traditional dishes from the Dolomites. Personally, they didn't suit my taste... I tried to eat everything for the experience, but I couldn't finish it all. The canedelli had a strong cheesy flavor, and the goulash had a slight meaty smell. The yellow part of the goulash had a porridge-like texture, but I couldn't tell what it was. Some of the goulash meat was cold, and I wondered if it was cooked immediately. I'm not the type to care much about such things, so as long as it tastes good, it's fine, but the dish itself didn't suit my taste. If you value the experience, it wouldn't be bad to try. Otherwise, try the schnitzel. It looked delicious at the table next to me.

Truly interesting cuisine and top-quality ingredients. It was our first choice during our stay in Bolzano, and we were very satisfied.

A very beautiful and unique place, typical of South Tyrolean cuisine, in the pedestrian area of ​​Bolzano's city center. Many traditional South Tyrolean dishes, as well as Italian cuisine for all tastes. Extremely friendly staff and fast, impeccable service. To access the restaurant, be careful as there's a step at the entrance; the interior is welcoming.

Conosco questo ristorante che è una tappa fissa quando passo per Bolzano per la sua cucina tradizionale. Consiglio di assaggiare anche i piatti del giorno che vengono proposti. In due abbiamo preso un canederlo di formaggio con verdure, che sono oggettivamente un rischio per il ristorante ma le ho trovate buone e semplici ma saporitissime: era un piattone con carote al burro, broccolo, cavolfiore, zucchine in padella deliziose e spinaci con un enorme e sofficissimo canederlo al centro. Un primo del giorno ovvero tortelli di patate ripieni di formaggio buonissimi, un piatto di patate saltate e una krautsalat. Acqua e mezzo di vino e non avevamo spazio per il dolce perché le porzioni sono adeguatamente abbondanti. È un piacere mangiare all’interno di questo locale che è senza fronzoli e ti porta ad assaporare una cucina genuina in un ambiente di altri tempi. Conto entro i 45 euro, tutti meritati. Tornerò ancora.
