Traditional local cuisine, beautifully decorated with pairings and lot of small details of an alpine Brauhaus. The menu offers daily specials and many local favorites. Food is delicious and even though it’s a popular spot, that was quite packed, it arrived rather quick. It took us some time to get seated.

Oggi abbiamo visitato la città di Bolzano e per pranzo ci siamo fermati in questo ristorante in cui eravamo stati alcuni anni fa. Non accettano prenotazioni e si fa la fila per entrare. Oggi ci è andata bene e abbiamo atteso pochissimi minuti. Personale gentile e servizio veloce. Abbiamo preso il piatto del contadino, con wurstel, puntina di maiale, salsiccia, canederlo, patate e crauti. Piatto abbondante, uno fatica a mangiarlo, noi l'abbiamo diviso. Canederlo troppo asciutto, il resto tutto ok. Infine strudel con pallina di gelato alla vaniglia, veramente ottimo

Posto trovato su internet ed avevo proprio voglia di provarlo. Ho chiamato per una settimana intera ma senza alcun risultato. Per cui, armati di tanta pazienza, ci siamo fatti la nostra bella fila senza prenotazione. Il posto è molto grande, la location carina. Tutti i piatti erano belli e buonissimi. Saporiti e gustosi! Davvero davvero buoni! Il servizio cortese ma un tantino confuso e forse disorganizzato (l'attesa sarebbe potuta durare molto meno). Porzioni giuste e prezzi onesti. Buon rapporto qualità-prezzo. CONSIGLIATO ED APPROVATO!

20/06/2025: We came here for dinner on our first night in Bolzano. The best memories! There was delicious wine, great food, great service. I would love to go back to this beautiful restaurant!
16/06/2025: Stopped by for lunch while wondering around downtown Bolzano based on reviews. Did not disappoint. Great service. Delicious food and big portions at a fair price. Seems like they’ve been around for a while. I’d strongly recommend them if you’re looking for a good restaurant to eat!

20/06/2025: Great food, service and atmosphere. If you're looking for a traditional restaurant in bruneck than this is the place! Just one note, they only have one table outside and no air conditioning (or at least not in the room we were sitting in). When we were there it was already quite hot so during summer I hope this is fixed 🤞
15/06/2025: 4.5/5 Make a reservation, they get busy. Friendly service. There’s an English menu. Food was quite good, try the bacon dumpling soup.
