We came here two consecutive evenings from Ponte di Legno... because the food is great! Exceptional tagliatelle with salmì deer. Very nice typical place. Friendly staff, very helpful with children. Highly recommended

Posto consigliato dal gestore del hotel dove siamo in vacanza, location davvero bella, personale accogliente ed ospitale. Antipasto “ Cavallino “ davvero buono, da assaggiare sicuramente il Flan servito in questo antipasto che raggruppa diverse portate.

I had lunch with some friends (who frequent this place) in this "famous" restaurant, expectations were high and what can I say, I ate divinely!
I tasted the pizzoccheri, the gnocchi with porcini mushrooms and as a second course, polenta with fondue and porcini mushrooms, all accompanied by good red wine.
To end lunch, a nice slice of house tiramisu (super recommended) and Génépy.
Everything delicious, combined with truly impeccable service.
The prices are average, so this is also a plus.
In conclusion, I was really satisfied with this lunch, I will definitely go back!

I cannot evaluate the room service because I have never tried it. I have been frequenting the restaurant for years and it is always a pleasant discovery. I recommend trying the Cavallino appetizer, rich in many specialties, the amazing tagliatelle with mushrooms (so fresh that sometimes they leave surprises ;)) and the deer ribs with currants. But every dish is worth it. So one visit is not enough! Service not always impeccable but kind and essential.

We went to the restaurant, the menu is great, the service is terrible and the location is not the best.
All in all it is still a good place to go to eat because the menu covers everything.

Ogni volta che torno, mangio bene i primi e di dolci, ma a mio parere, per quanto riguarda le carni, hanno ancora molto molto molto da rivedere.
Il famoso tomawack purtroppo una grande delusione, carne troppo frollata con quel gusto forte che ti rimane in bocca.
Stinco davvero mal cucinato, senza un po’ di sughetto, duro e purtroppo anche freddo.
Alla richiesta di essere scaldato dopo 10 minuti è tornato indietro con il piatto rovente, le patate incandescenti e lo stinco all’interno ancora freddo .
Tagliata di manzo al gorgonzola, purtroppo anche questa criticata in quanto usano un gorgonzola troppo forte che copre la carne, a giudicare dal Tomawok forse è meglio così.
