Il ristorante posizionato nelle mura di cinta, è accogliente, pulito, ordinato. Venivamo da Canfaito - Monte san Vicino, dove abbiamo camminato molto ed ammirato un posto stupendo. Ci siamo accomodati, un cameriere gentile ci ha servito con cortesia e rispetto. Abbiamo scelto una serie di assaggi di pesce dalla pasta al secondo, davvero buoni. il dolce squisito ed il caffè ottimo, normalmente un caffè bruciato o troppo amaro rovina tutto ciò che si è mangiato. Quanto prima ci ritorniamo, lo consiglio a tutti.

Yesterday I had the pleasure of having lunch at Ristorante Cavallini in San Severino Marche, and I can say without hesitation that it was an exceptional culinary experience. Each dish was a masterpiece, both for the palate and for the eyes. We started with a seafood tasting menu, there are 6 dishes, all very special and excellent. Unfortunately I only took a photo of this dish, the gourmet burger accompanied by a delicate fried stuffed courgette flower, served with tastefully combined sauces. The dishes were cared for in detail. The main course, a risotto with prawns and champagne, was simply perfect. The creamy creaminess, the intense but balanced flavour of the sea and the quality of the fish were haute cuisine. The elegant presentation on a refined plate made the experience even more memorable. Finally, the dessert: almond and caramel parfait. An explosion of textures and flavours that ends the meal in a spectacular way. Impeccable service, elegant and welcoming environment, attention to detail in every course. I highly recommend Ristorante Cavallini to anyone looking for a refined and authentic lunch in Le Marche. An experience to repeat!
