Been there several times and it was a party again. Delicious food, beautiful surprising fish dishes. Very extensive wine list, attentive and smooth service in an atmospheric environment. For us the best restaurant in San Severino (and wide area).

Yesterday I had the pleasure of having lunch at Ristorante Cavallini in San Severino Marche, and I can say without hesitation that it was an exceptional culinary experience. Each dish was a masterpiece, both for the palate and for the eyes. We started with a seafood tasting menu, there are 6 dishes, all very special and excellent. Unfortunately I only took a photo of this dish, the gourmet burger accompanied by a delicate fried stuffed courgette flower, served with tastefully combined sauces. The dishes were cared for in detail. The main course, a risotto with prawns and champagne, was simply perfect. The creamy creaminess, the intense but balanced flavour of the sea and the quality of the fish were haute cuisine. The elegant presentation on a refined plate made the experience even more memorable. Finally, the dessert: almond and caramel parfait. An explosion of textures and flavours that ends the meal in a spectacular way. Impeccable service, elegant and welcoming environment, attention to detail in every course. I highly recommend Ristorante Cavallini to anyone looking for a refined and authentic lunch in Le Marche. An experience to repeat!

Elegant atmosphere, impeccable service. You will be pampered from your arrival until the end of the meal. The staff is always present and ready to satisfy any of your requests. The dishes are well presented and prepared with excellent professionalism. Well done guys.

Even though it is far from the sea it was a truly special lunch, fantastic dishes, top service and they make you feel at home.

A guarantee! Elegant restaurant, professional owner, present and friendly, the guy in the dining room is very professional and attentive. As mentioned above, excellent quality products, fresh, cooked to perfection and the taste remains in the mouth. We had squid, tuna and artichokes, vealed tuna, paccheri with lobster, turbot with crusted potatoes. Spectacular. Congratulations, we will be back.

Locale molto curato e carino, servizio impeccabile e personale gentile. Il cibo? Che dire un viaggio culinario dove sapori e accostamenti esplodono in bocca!
