It was a great experience: a highly recommended restaurant, which focuses on top-quality seafood, with a well-revisited traditional philosophy rather than pure experimentation and innovation. All seven dishes from the menu were truly delicious, with generous portions compared to other restaurants of this caliber (which is a great thing). My favorites were: the Tuna Veal, the Risotto with Scampi, Shrimp, and Champagne, and the Spaghetti with Normandy Butter and Lemon. The waiter (the chef's brother) puts you at ease, always recommending the best.
Considering the deliciousness of the dishes, the portion sizes, and the quality of the ingredients, I think the price is very fair for what I ate.

I chose this restaurant to celebrate my birthday, and in many ways, the experience was positive. The location is lovely, and the food was very good, with carefully prepared dishes and quality ingredients.
The only downside was the bill: despite having agreed on a group menu and price, I found myself paying for everything à la carte. I would have expected more clarity in pricing, especially when you set a pre-arranged menu, which usually offers better value than ordering à la carte.

Reasonable prices for the restaurant's quality. Thirty-two years of history speak volumes. It's not very large, so reservations are recommended.

A truly wonderful experience at the Cavallini Restaurant in San Severino! As soon as you enter, you immediately sense the care and attention to every detail: an elegant yet welcoming space, a warm and relaxed atmosphere, and extremely kind staff, always available with a smile.
The cuisine is simply extraordinary: carefully crafted, beautifully presented, and prepared with the freshest ingredients. Each course speaks to the chef's passion and expertise. The fish cappellacci are truly unique—delicate, balanced, and bursting with flavor… truly a dish worthy of applause, a small masterpiece that alone is worth the visit. The other dishes also stand out for their flavor and originality, with always spot-on pairings.
My only personal complaint concerns the champagne risotto, which I found a bit too intense in flavor: for my taste, the champagne slightly overpowered the other aromas. That said, it's still a well-executed dish and a testament to the kitchen's desire to experiment.
Service is fast, attentive, but never intrusive. The portions are just right, the timing between courses is perfect, and the prices are absolutely in line with the quality. It's one of those places where you eat truly well and leave feeling completely satisfied, wanting to return.
Highly recommended for those seeking high-end cuisine, without too much formality but with lots of passion and authentic flavor.

It's always wonderful to eat here! The setting is relaxing, with soft background music and soft colors.
Simone in the dining room is fantastic, always very kind, attentive, precise, and always with a smile! He welcomes you and advises you just like an old friend.
The food is excellent, the dishes are refined in both flavor and presentation, offering an overwhelming sensory experience.
We always love coming back.
The price is reasonable for the quality of the food and service.
