A guarantee! Elegant restaurant, professional owner, present and friendly, the guy in the dining room is very professional and attentive. As mentioned above, excellent quality products, fresh, cooked to perfection and the taste remains in the mouth. We had squid, tuna and artichokes, vealed tuna, paccheri with lobster, turbot with crusted potatoes. Spectacular. Congratulations, we will be back.

I had the chance to have dinner here after the walk of the forts, a welcoming and well-kept place.
I tried the 7-course tasting menu and was impressed!
Unfortunately I don't remember all the ingredients exactly, but here's what I remember
We start with an entrée: Ascoli style olive stuffed with tuna, with local oil on the side and accompanied by a currant drink (and more I think)
Then we begin in earnest with an exquisite ceviche with amberjack, salmon, tuna (sea bass?) with a mint base (and more)
Then we move on to the vegetable garden and the sea, carrot and lemon cream cooked in the fish stock, cuttlefish, octopus, salmon, vegetables, crunchy bread, potato sauce with squid ink and green sauce, I can't say if I preferred this flat or the previous one, both drove me crazy
Cod fondant, fennel and fennel cream and orange powder (I'm from Veneto, but I ate the best version of cod here)
Then the restaurant's flagship dish could not be missing, risotto with prawns, scampi and champagne, truly sublime
Ravioli del plin stuffed with carbonara, red prawn tartare, sauce with prawn head and truffle, I love carbonara with prawn tartare (always eaten with spaghetti), this has become hands down my favorite version
Octopus with pumpkin cream, sautéed chicory with Taggiasca olives, prawn and crunchy bread
Then a pre-dessert of which unfortunately I don't remember the ingredients, but very good and finally a vegan tart with apple cream, orange, cinnamon powder and an almond crunch
All accompanied by an excellent Verdicchio
I left the restaurant really satisfied, as well as having eaten unique, very tasty and tasty dishes, they were also plentiful!
Considering the price it was probably the best dinner in terms of quality/price ratio, where I come from I would have had to spend almost double the average for a dinner like that.
Highly recommended and I hope to return!
