Dinner was an amazing experience. It was a set tasting menu. Antipasto consisted of at least 7 items, a variety from sea and land. The pasta and seafood secondo were delicious. The wine that was recommended was also delicious and paired well with the meal. The decor is so quaint. The restaurant is actually an old storage room "Catoja" where wine, cheese, salami, etc were stored before refrigerators. The tablecloths were hand crocheted. We requested local music and they were happy to oblige. It was my birthday and our server went to the trouble of putting a candle ony dessert. We would not hesitate to return.

A place anchored in the past with an excellent menu. Couple's dinner. Location: doilies, crocheted tablecloth, wine glasses. It feels like stepping back in time. Friendly and very knowledgeable. We'll gladly return. Well done.

A fantastic place, we loved everything about it. The place is small but very quaint, the food is fantastic, and the service is impeccable. The price? We found it more than fair for the high quality. We'll definitely be back! Thank you for the wonderful dining experience!

It was definitely a wonderful experience, given the view offered, especially considering the restaurant's location. Everything was delicious, and the service was attentive. The only flaw was that, after asking if we had any food intolerances, they chose the tasting menu. However, I don't eat raw fish, so I didn't like some of the dishes. So, I recommend an alternative to the dishes offered.

I'm returning to Badolato after two years. A romantic stroll through the narrow streets of the village and I've already noticed some small changes among the management, but I have my favorite restaurant, Luigi's Catojo. He's still there, the staff and the decor have changed. Never mind, I trust the kitchen. No announcement, neither on social media nor on site, I sit down... surprise! Only the tasting menu at €50 per person, with no à la carte option, mini portions served on delicious vintage plates. And, a big no-brainer, the glass of wine is poured into a bitter glass (!!!!!!) Everything is very good, sure, it deserves its stars, sure, the ambiance is still charming, sure... but I preferred it before...
