A warm and welcoming restaurant, in classic mountain style, well-maintained yet informal. The young and delightful owners offer excellent quality food, with special mention for the use of so many local products in all dishes. Highly recommended!

This welcoming restaurant, located in the main square of Gressoney la Trinité, offers excellent, beautifully presented dishes prepared with quality ingredients sourced from local farms. We had a wonderful lunch on a very hot August day, enjoying, among other things, a fantastic polenta concia topped with Gressoney toma cheese and mountain butter. The service was very friendly and professional, courtesy of the delightful owner and all the staff.

Friendly, polite, young, and quick to describe local dishes accurately and to the point. A warm and welcoming place, with a great selection of wines. The menu also includes vegan dishes. I recommend trying a little bit of everything; everything has style. It's clear that the people in the kitchen aren't just preparing food, they're also telling the story of the place with refined pairings that enhance the flavors. If only there were more places like this, well done!
