Delicious food, the winery is perched on the top of the mountain, you climb a narrow road. The staff is friendly. 🍾🚛

It is a unique experience to spend at least a night in this location. The room we stayed in was huge, clean and decorated with good taste, keeping the ancient atmosphere. It features a kitchenette in case of need. The infinity pool has breathtaking views and it's a perfect relaxation location. It's a pity though is not heated, but also understandable for the region, as not quite needed normally. Still, the 18 degrees water temperature in the late October days was a bit too challenging, still.

A wine tasting that's worth it. A pleasant, quiet, and welcoming place. We tasted the olive oil and other products. A great experience.

The restaurant is very upscale, the dishes are not large, beautiful and quite strange in appearance. Stunning view

The place is magical and spotless clean. Our room was beautiful, breakfast delicious. However, bedding was unacceptably uncomfortable, the mattress was not good quality, sheets and pillows were not the best quality. Also, our room didn’t have WiFi so we had to connect to another room WiFi and the signal was very weak.

Fantastic experience! We had a tour, a 4-course meal, and a wine pairing for a very reasonable price. Thank you! 🙏

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. They were very very helpful in helping us find transportation to and from the grounds. The grounds and location were absolutely stunning.

My wife and I had our wedding here this past October. The venue and views are stunning, and the food and wine impeccable. Sandra and the rest of the staff were so attentive and helpful, we couldn't have asked for a more perfect place to be married. We look forward to many more visits in the future. Thank you again for making our special day so memorable.

Absolutely 10/10 ! Could not fault Castello Vicchiomaggio at all. We made the mistake of arriving a day before we had booked and they straight away had a room ready for us and even upgraded us for our normal booking ! The staff were all knowledgeable and super helpful for every little thing. All the facilities were amazing and the dinner and wine cellar tour was the best part. The pool was also a beautiful way to cool down on the hot days we were there. I would give 10 stars if I could !
