Castello San Gaudenzio In Cervesina

The hotel is in a very remote location. It's a 15th century building meaning it's Old. You can see, feel it in the hallways, staircase, rooms, because it has the medieaval times ambience. We stayed in the suite which was very spacious, interior design matched the design of the hotel, and had the facilities we needed. The bathroom fittings reflect 1980s and are dated. The hotel reception service was excellent. We were provided a hotel tour and had the opportunity to visit the swimming pool. The breakfast was a unfortunately the great disappointment. No warm food. Bread was not fresh. Just basic cold meats, cheese, served in a cramped area. The TV was showing music videos which diminished the atmospehere and our impression of the castle hotel.

Very beautiful place, ideal for weddings and receptions in style. Castle dating back to 1200, another part completed in 1400 and then restored, enlarged and repurposed as a hotel etc. towards the 1990s. The style has been maintained and the garden is very beautiful.

Room was in not perfect condition. Had spiders and others flying things .Bed- cheap most possible for this place and this stars .. Same things is needed to repair in bathroom and sleeping room.... Rest is in order like restaurant, personal..

Abbiamo pernottato al castello e per cui abbiamo pensato di cenare nella stessa location e devo dire che è stata una gran scelta! Il pacchetto gourmet prevedeva la degustazione di 5 portate, originali e sublimi dalla prima all’ultima. Essendo in gravidanza mi hanno dovuto apportare qualche modifica alle portate, sono stati professionali e gentilissimi nel farlo mantenendo l’essenza dei piatti. Il servizio gentile, puntuale e disponibile. Cantina ben fornita e di ottima qualità, peccato non aver potuto bere. Ci torneremo sicuramente!!!

I have been to this place with my family for the weekend. Lovely place; the castle both externally and internally is romantic and well cared for. The indoor swimming pool with the possibility of opening the roof is clean, furnishings in line with the castle. Dinner at the restaurant adjacent to the castle is a treat that deserves to be indulged in, both for the quality of the dishes, for the environment and for the service. My wife used the massage service: competent and professional person. I recommend a place like this to everyone for a moment of relaxation or for several days, both to fully enjoy the relais and for any trips between Lombardy and Piedmont.

We chose this location for our wedding which took place in June 2024 and it was an unforgettable day, also thanks to them. It is a beautiful, elegant, enchanting place, a perfect place to get married and live a dream. We fell in love with this Castle, its gardens and rooms from the first moment! Furthermore, he took a small church, still there, where mass can be celebrated. The organization was impeccable, from welcoming the guests, to the attention to detail, to the delicious food and all the guests thanked us both for the place and for the lunch and the buffet, prepared by a starred chef. Special thanks go to Francesca and Luca who, with their professionalism and kindness, guided us in organizing the party. We recommend this place to everyone to get married and experience an unforgettable day. We will definitely come back to eat in the Dama restaurant again. Thank you from all my heart!
