Top quality is a certainty, I've been walking along that Salerno Avellino road for years and I always stop by, braids, morsels, provola, everything is top, better than some places in Battipaglia

We stopped for a quick stop during the trip. It was a very good choice. The courtesy and kindness of those who served us, the excellent quality of the products. Between mozzarella, stracciata, primo sale and ricotta, I couldn't say which was the best. Not to mention those slices of mozzarella with mortadella and pistachios. 5 stars are already too few. Compliments!

Among the best buffalo mozzarella and ricotta ever tried. The olives and baked goods are also excellent, even those not produced by them. Friendly and courteous staff.

PREVIOUS REVIEW UPDATE: I had problems with an order due to the heat, on the third day after departure the mozzarella arrived sour. I reported it with additional photos to the seller. I was then contacted by customer service who apologized for the happened and he took steps to send back the products with the addition of synthetic ice at his own expense. The order arrived today in perfect condition and everything was very fresh, the mozzarella full of milk and very tasty🤤 !!I recommend trying everything, especially mozzarella and cured meats😋 🤤 you won't regret it!! See you soon @caseificioprincipato and thanks again 🙏🔝

06/08/2024: The pub offers an excellent gastronomic experience with sandwiches prepared with genuine, high-quality products, exceptional in taste and often unique to the area. The appetizers and fried dishes are also delicious and varied. The selection of beers is vast; I personally appreciated an artisanal blonde, fresh and very good. The quality-price ratio is excellent. A place not to be missed.

22/07/2024: Very recommended restaurant in Montefusco. There is so much choice of food, between first courses, second courses and pizzas you are spoiled for choice. The first courses are excellent as is the excellent quality meat. When you order the roast they bring it to your table on the soapstone or brazier, to allow you to cook it more or simply keep it warm. The pizza is also good, wide choice here too. The desserts are excellent, especially the ice creams which have been available for a few days now. The staff are friendly and available at every opportunity to satisfy customer needs. The place is beautiful, where there is also a small terrace where you can stay cool and enjoy an excellent view. Super recommended
