Thanks to the Coriano market we found Principato buffalo mozzarella. Not since I left the south have I found such good mozzarella. And I relived the flavors that I had forgotten for over ten years. In my opinion, buffalo mozzarella remains one of the products par excellence of Campania, as well as pizza.
