The best goat cheese!!! Some of these look like jewels, not cheeses. The flavor is wrapped in so much passion and dedication, over many years. Well done Vale, well done Roby... always the best.
As always, excellent products.......very small store in Brignano Gera d'Adda.....but a huge explosion of taste in their products....and the visual aspect is not lacking...small works of dairy art.....BRAVISSIMI!!!!
