Pizza ottima Servizio celere ed efficiente Ma "brutto" il togliere il tavolo ai clienti del primo turno, proprio invitati ad alzarsi.... Va bene l'affluenza, va bene il ritmo alto del servizio ma risulta cosa proprio sgradevole Per poi fare fila a pagare, in piedi, bloccati alla cassa, con gli altri nelle stessa condizione Inoltre per aumentare il numero dei tavoli, piazzati con la stufa della schiena Stasera , un NO

A Sunday in January for lunch, an excellent discovery! We were in a group (about 30) and they welcomed us and served us impeccably! Excellent pizza and complete, quality à la carte menu. In both cases the service was very quick.

03/05/2025: Always a reference for Piedmontese cuisine starting from the excellent agnolotti del plin. Excellent and flexible tasting menu. I went there with my parents as a boy and it's nice to still find it today in the Slowfood guide. Very well-kept place, excellent service, ready to give advice without ever being intrusive.
