A typical Piedmontese restaurant. In the heart of the Langhe. It's a must-try! Exceptional value for money. Courtesy and helpful service. Their artisanal gelato is a must-try. The braised beef was sublime.

Excellent cuisine and carefully prepared dishes. The view from the terrace is beautiful. For those dining outside, they also provide blankets for those who are sensitive to the cold and hats for when it's sunny. The staff is friendly! Highly recommended!

We went to the restaurant yesterday. Everything we ordered was served in a reasonable amount of time, despite the restaurant being packed. The kindness, thoughtfulness, and generosity of the owners and waitresses truly won us over. They are very careful to offer you the best, even if you have intolerances or allergies. The restaurant's location offers a spectacular view of the vineyards. It was a truly wonderful experience.

What a visit. Wine tour and tasting (5/5): Had a wonderful 1:1 tour of the small cellar and a great tasting including the “table wines” and the different cru barolos. Wonderful and knowledgable guidance! The tasting and tour was free when you bought a couple of bottles afterwards. Lunch (5/5): The lunch was super nice, we had the ragú and the slow cooked (in barolo) beef. Very impressive food with and amazing wine at reasonable prices. The dessert and dessert (barolo variant) wine is also very good!

Trattoria Terraluna

02/10/2025: Good cuisine with local products, reasonably priced compared to similar restaurants in the area. The raw meat is excellent. Avoid the butter and sage plin, however, as they have only a hint of seasoning, resulting in dry and stringy pasta. The desserts are decent, but nothing special. The service is courteous and friendly.
28/09/2025: Excellent trattoria nestled in the hills of Monforte. Generous portions and very reasonable prices for both quality and quantity (the tajarìn with ragù was only €10). The food was all excellent and beautifully presented. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially one of the waitresses who was particularly approachable and made us feel at home. It's the perfect place for a quiet Sunday lunch with friends. Highly recommended!
