We found this restaurant by chance on our way while visiting Italy, what a nice surprise! The people are welcoming and professional, as soon as we sit down we are offered a glass of Prosecco with a nice plate of antipasti (and really free!) the dishes were very good and not expensive 🥰 We are then invited to go for a stroll in the huge landscaped garden. A wonderful discovery, we will stop on our way back from Puglia.

It's always a pleasure to visit Cascina Roland restaurant. It has a charming rustical atmosphere and a great choice of food. People working there are very kind and nice 👍

Beautiful and characteristic location with ample parking in front. In general I liked the dishes even if with some flaws: dishes a little too salty and veal with tuna sauce too "dry". The braised meat instead was really excellent. Courteous staff and not exactly fast service.

I attended the bagna cauda day with friends on one occasion. We liked it a lot with a good variety of vegetables, the staff is discreet but present, helpful and friendly.
I think I would go back.

Provato solo per il Bagna Cauda Day. Ottima la Bagna Cauda, solo un po' scarse le verdure. Apprezzati l'ambiente, la rapidità e la gentilezza del servizio. Locale storico caratteristico, vini con rincari onesti. Il menù pare interessante. Da riprovare.

Siamo stati per il Bagna Cauda Day ed è stata una esperienza più che positiva.
Era davvero ottima e fatta veramente "Come Dio Comanda".
Assolutamente NON INQUINATA in quanto priva della ormai sempre più diffusa e maledetta PANNA.
Cucinata così è sempre più difficile da trovare nei vari ristoranti che la offrono, in quanto la panna è sempre più abusata dai cosidetti "Chef", nonostante che la ricetta NON LA PREVEDA NEL MODO PIU' ASSOLUTO !
Quindi comlimenti allo Chef !
Ottimi anche la tartrà e la Barbera della Cantina Calvo
