Nice discovery, very original location, good food and excellent service

I had lunch with friends at this wonderful location for the Bagna Cauda event. An excellent food and wine Relais. The location is fabulous, surrounded by greenery, with spacious indoor and outdoor spaces and a breathtaking mountain view. The interiors and furnishings are meticulously designed, with a slightly rustic, slightly chic atmosphere. The table setting is particularly impressive as you enter the large dining room with its high ceilings, and the room is also very well heated. The staff is extremely kind and professional, attentive to every guest's need. The quality of the ingredients is top-notch, as is the presentation of the dishes. The Bagna Cauda is ten stars!! The wines, both white and red, are excellent, and the zabaglione deserves a special mention...hats off!!! It's €39 each. What can I say? I'm thrilled, satisfied, and highly recommend it!

The location is truly beautiful, the staff are extremely friendly, and some aspects of the cuisine could be improved. A wide selection of appetizers, decent first courses, but the second courses... could use some work. The skewers were too dry... perhaps offering the grilled meat, if not consumed quickly, would risk drying out. Given that I had the aperitif dinner,

A truly enchanting location, with views stretching from Musiné to the mountains of the upper Susa Valley, including the Sacra di San Michele and Rocciamelone. The farmhouse has been tastefully and elegantly renovated. The service is impeccable, and the food is high-quality and refined.

We stayed at this location for New Year's Eve dinner and the night before, and to say they were impeccable is an understatement. From the waiters to the chefs to the staff who welcomed us, the band that hosted the evening, and the charming and meticulously maintained venue, everything was absolutely excellent. Congratulations, we'll definitely be back. I definitely recommend stopping by because it's worth it!

A really beautiful place with excellent cuisine.

Overall, the experience was a mix of highs and lows. The view was absolutely beautiful and the service was genuinely great — warm, attentive, and professional. Unfortunately, the food didn’t live up to the setting. The starters were just average. The gnocchi was quite underwhelming and felt a bit too heavy for my taste. The lasagna was overly cheesy and honestly not enjoyable. As for the lamb shank, the coating/flour layer was too thick and the flavor was pretty ordinary. If you’re coming for the scenery and service, it’s worth a stop — but for the food, I wouldn’t recommend it.
