Pleasant aperitif, excellent ingredients. It's a shame the buffet is crowded and there aren't enough canapés for the last in line... maybe they were good... perhaps the management should be reconsidered or some should be set aside for the last... the same goes for the arrosticini. To deserve 5 stars, the music should also be kept a little lower because it doesn't allow for normal conversation. We'll try again for dinner.

I've been to Cascina Ranverso on several occasions as a wedding portrait photographer, and I must say the experience was truly extraordinary. I have no connection with the location; I'm only speaking about what I saw, tasted, and perceived. The Cascina, a beautifully restored 18th-century farmhouse, retains all its rustic charm, yet incorporates modern touches that make it elegant, comfortable, and suitable for refined events. The food was meticulously prepared: from the appetizers to the main courses, you could sense great attention to ingredients, presentation, and pairings. I tasted some truly unique fried dishes—some of which I'd never tasted before—and it was clear that many guests were amazed, not only by the taste but also by the presentation. The staff was extremely professional: courteous, helpful, and punctual throughout the service. You could tell they cared about every detail, from the organization to the smallest gesture. The open kitchen was a touch I really appreciated: it adds transparency, dynamism, and creates a connection between guests and what happens behind the scenes. In short: modern tradition that works beautifully — Cascina Ranverso is one of those places that combines history and modernity, aesthetics and substance. Highly recommended for those seeking an elegant wedding with style and character, where everyone—guests and portraitist included—can enjoy a high-quality experience.

Unfortunately the food was not up to par with the setting in which the wedding took place.

The location is truly beautiful, the staff are extremely friendly, and some aspects of the cuisine could be improved. A wide selection of appetizers, decent first courses, but the second courses... could use some work. Arrosticini are too dry... perhaps offering the grilled meat, if not consumed quickly, risks being overpriced. Given that I had the aperitif dinner,

Words aren't enough to describe the dinner we had here... The location was wonderful, the staff was truly wonderful, and the food was beyond delicious! We truly enjoyed it, taking our time. They never rush you, and you feel truly pampered. The focus here is on quality, and dinner truly becomes a journey. I can't wait to go back.

Everything was perfect. A beautiful location just 30 km from Turin. It rivals the Langhe or other stunning places. The welcome, sparkling wine and entrée, were classy and gave us a glimpse of what was to come. The dishes were high-quality and distinctive, starting with the presentation. We tried their wines, and they were lovely, pairing perfectly with the dishes. The service was very professional and helpful. Prices were reasonable, especially for such a beautiful venue.

A pearl in the heart of the Susa Valley – timeless emotion and quality We'd been wanting to return to Cascina Ranverso for a while, a place we're particularly fond of: we got married here on November 16, 2019, shortly after it opened. The renovation was magnificent, and the entire property is immersed in a spectacular natural setting: the 360-degree view of the Susa Valley, framed by the Sacra di San Michele and the Musinè, is simply breathtaking. The farmhouse produces its own cheeses and wines, and also offers beautiful suites for those who want to stay immersed in the tranquility of the hills. In the past, we'd stopped for aperitifs, but this time we dined in the beautiful garden, and the experience was—as always—impeccable. Chef Giuseppe and the entire staff were professional, attentive, and kind, making us feel pampered from start to finish. We were greeted by a thoughtful and tasty entrée, which immediately set the tone for the evening. We sampled a few dishes from the new August menu: • Veal with tuna sauce and pea shoots: delicate and beautifully presented. • Anchovy parmigiana: surprising, intense yet balanced, with a pleasant umami note. • Veal kidney with mashed potatoes: well-structured, and the chives added a perfect touch. • Potato and onion tortilla with stracciatella, lemon, and Bra sausage: an excellent combination. Perhaps I would have liked a touch more lemon, but that's a personal preference, but I thoroughly enjoyed this excellent, well-crafted dish. To finish on a sweet note, a carrot and white chocolate plum cake: delicious and well-balanced. The Langhe rosé wine, served in an elegant ice bucket, was a splendid accompaniment to the entire dinner. The service was sublime, as always. Cascina Ranverso remains a favorite place for us, where quality and atmosphere blend perfectly. Highly recommended, whether for a special occasion or an evening of indulgence. Perfect for a romantic evening. Excellent value.
