I didn't have dinner at the restaurant, I just stayed for a weekend in one of the rooms. The place is very nice, the room gorgeous. Impeccable cleanliness, very comfortable, at a fair price. Although you wouldn't think so from the surrounding rurality, I found it very technologically advanced, with many comforts that you wouldn't normally associate with a farmhouse. The attention of those who keep it tidy and clean is there, it is always noticed and appreciated. Both the gentleman at the "reception" and the girls in the restaurant were very nice when I needed them. The location may not be very convenient for those who are not used to traveling in the countryside, but it is so quiet and immersed in nature that I personally consider it an advantage. I highly recommend a weekend in these parts. If I ever have the opportunity, I will gladly return.

Abbiamo pranzato in 9 e siamo rimasti tutti molto soddisfatti sia dei primi che dei secondi. Stracotto e costate di manzo e di asina spettacolari. Servizio attento e gentile nonostante il locale pieno. Consigliato.

Nice farmhouse with excellent cuisine

Wir waren in Castiglione delle Stiviere unterwegs, wo wir aber keine rechte Möglichkeit zum Mittagessen fanden. Dank Google wurden wir auf dieses Lokal aufmerksam. Es liegt etwas versteckt und die Auffahrt zum ausgewiesenen Parkplatz ist recht tricky. Zu spät sahen wir, dass alle anderen Gäste direkt vor der Tür parkten. Die Speisen waren wie versprochen "wie von Oma", die Tortelli mit Kürbisfüllung ein Gedicht. Die Lammfleischspieße waren eher zäh, das Dessert (Blätterteig mit Creme und Waldfruchtsoße) sehr lecker. Man sollte auch wissen, dass es Gerichte mit Eselsfleisch gibt, was sicher nicht jedermanns Sache ist. Die Bedienung war auch sehr freundlich. Wir empfehlen allerdings zu reservieren, da man sonst im zugigen Vorbau Platz nehmen muss, was das ganze Erlebnis doch recht trübte und bei dem Sturm und Regen kein Vergnügen war.

We ate at the restaurant here on our first night in Garda. We were staying just up the road and this was the only place to walk to for dinner - It was great. Very reasonable prices and excellent food and service. We would definitely have gone again but it's closed for the first half of the week. Such a shame.

YUMMY AND CRAZY. Nothing to say. Excellent service from all staff. EXCELLENT raw material. Never tasted or eaten flavors like this. The owner was a lovely person who showed us around the property. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
