Seen at 4 restaurants with Alessandro Borghese, intrigued we booked for a wedding anniversary, we had a really great time, ate very well, fair price. If you are in the area I recommend it, better to book. I can't judge the rooms, we didn't stop to sleep

I went for lunch today with my husband. I had warned by telephone that my husband could not eat the entire tasting menu, for health reasons. I was asked in advance to communicate which dishes he would choose from the planned menu, and so I did. However I paid my husband the full bill. At the very least I would have considered it appropriate to deduct from the bill the cost of the appetizer, which was not served to him. For the rest I can't say I ate badly, on the contrary. A special note of merit goes to the quality of the veal with tuna sauce. Sin.

My experience is based solely on the food and not the rooms. It was a buffet wedding lunch, the cured meats were excellent and the other dishes were generally good, some notable such as the omelettes and liver pâté, others more obvious, for example the veal boat with tuna sauce. Excellent risotto, good choice of wines. Too bad for the poor service.
As far as the location is concerned, 10 cum laude.

Delicious top quality products, welcoming location surrounded by nature and friendly and helpful staff.
